damit i missed my first pe day on friday i hope this doesnt affect any gains you think missing one routine day on a MWF has a huge effect on gains?

If you miss a day a month, you're probably fine. I doubt yesterday was a dealbreaker.

If you mean miss one EVERY week, then yeah, this thing might not work so well.

But relax...it was a missed session. It's done, just make sure you don't miss the next.

I've been trying to take a 1 month break, and I can really tell the difference. My erections are a lot softer, and I feel small. Although I'm only 2 weeks into this break, I'm thinking about returning to my routine today. :twisted:

I've gotten my best gains doing dry jelqs and strecthes only. I'm just now starting to use lube.

trugain what have been your gains like that im considerin switchin or atleast doin dry's once or twice a week and wets once a week, my level of erection was about 80 percent then subsiding to about 50 then id make it go back to around 80 percent

my concern though is that i want lenght more and i think dry's are more for girth???

My gains have been over a 2 year period. I started around 6.2"-6.5" and now at 8" and it varies every once in a while. I have never really measured my girth though, I do know its a lot thicker. :D

I did more dry jelqs, but I believe the strecthes really gave me the length. The jelqs gave me some major girth :D

Yeah I think that my gains also came more from stretching than jelqing. The jelqs gave me the muscular look. especially my forearms. :lol:
