So I haven't been around here for about the past week or so, and I haven't Pe'd for that long too. I had to have my wisdom teeth pulled so I wasn't really doing anything. I needed some time to rest up and heal, and now I'm pretty much all better. Once the stitches are pulled I'll be my old PE'ing self again! :D

I think it's measuring time for you.

Measuring time?!?! I just measured on March 16th!

I have to PE before I measure again! So I'm starting tonight again, and according to my calculations a month from now will be May 4th

I'll spend this month PEing and May 4th will be the day I hope to see some gains!

By the way...I want to incorporate some holds into my routine for this month becuase I'm not really concerned with length as much as girth -- How many should I start doing and how long should I hold each one?

Thanks

-Dude
