What is a reverse Kegel?

I was looking for info on what a reverse Kegel was, yet I couldn't find anything? Could someone here help me out. Thank-you.

Yer thats pretty much it. I wasn't too sure, and they havent worked for me yet but apparently the work better than kegeling, i cant remeber why. What you do is when you go for a piss, and you push as out faster (as if you were in a rush). I have yet to get this to work but im probably just pushing at the wrong time. Only tried it twice but if you have any success, let me know.

Alright, really I think that you need some good PC muscles in order to do this..but what you do is you kind of just...push that area (PC muscle) so instead of contracting you expand it (is that choice of words right? w/e the opposite of contracting is) Using your stomache muscles could also help you get this effect.

No, it doesn't make sense at all. Every muscle in Your body can only contract and relax, they don't work in two directions. Contracting a muscle is the same as "expanding" it (cells expand girthwise and shorten lengthwise -> the muscle gets shorter -> it "pulls"), there is no other way. I have never understood this "reverse kegel" thingy. I do know how to do it but it has nothing to do with the PC muscle. Kegels are the only way to strenghten the PC-muscle, and those "reverse kegels" work on something different that squeezes the bladder or something.

You don't need to practice or incorpoprate reverse kegels into your routine because bobo is right. However, they work FANTASATIC during sex if you are about to cum and don't want to have your sexual encunter to be over.

To understand how a reverse kegel works then the next time you are taking a piss, you can do any of three motions while urinating...

1. just take a piss

2. stop the flow of urine immediately...caused by doing a kegel

3. increase the flow of urine by pushing much harder thereby causing a lot more volume of urine to come out all at once...caused by a reverse kegel


When you are about to have an orgasm you can either cum right then or stop the activity by doing a reverse kegel, push really hard just like you did when urinating.

Now I realize this sounds crazy and one would think the action of a reverse kegel would actually cause you to cum but not true.

If you've ever rode a motorcycle it's just the same when it comes to steering/turning. If you want the bike to go right, you push down on the left handlebar and visa versa.

IMO, reverse kegels only have one purpose and that's to delay my orgasm and they do the job unlike any other technique mentioned on the boards...or you can think about baseball or some dude's grandmother.

My theory is that your uretha is used both to piss and to ejaculate. By presurising the uretha by tensing your bladder et al, cons your brain that you want to piss and that shuts down the urge to ejaculate. Has anyone ever pissed and ejaculated at the same time? Usually it takes at least 3-5 mins for the hormones after sex to die down and allow me to piss after sex. I dont think you can 'reverse kegel' by pushing out your piss harder. I think that you have to practice this technique when you are having sex or masturbating because thats when the sex hormones are present. You actually want to shut those hormones down for a while.

I think Bigoke is right. Pissing and ejaculating at the same time is physically impossible because the prostate will "close" either the exit of the urethra or the semen channel.
