Firstly Welcome to CC :mrgreen
I was the sort of person who didn't have motivation for PE unless what i had to do was set out infront of me and all i had to do was do it. If thats you then here is a rountine to get you going and links to all you need to know. I didnt have much motivation to search the forums so before any of you other n00bs end up like me and paying for the info i thought after 2 months of PE’ing, and some quite substantial gains, it was time I gave something back:
Some additional information is below the routines, other links are in red.
Workout:
Week1:
I advise you do this workout every other day, performing the routine once a day:
Warm up: Hot wrap for 5 minutes.
-Stretches: All directions up, down, left, right, hold for 30 seconds each.
-Circulation: Helishakes (“how to” below). 10-15 seconds.
-Jelqs: 100 wet jelqs, 50 dry. <a href="http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=30">(video instruction here)</a>
-Circulation: Helishakes 10-15 seconds
-Warm down: A shower or hot wrap
Week2:
-Warm up: Hot wrap for 5 minutes.
-Stretches: All directions up, down, left, right, hold for 30 seconds each.
-Circulation: Helishakes (“how to” below). 10-15 seconds.
-Jelqs: 150 wet jelqs, 100 dry jelqs.
-Circulation: Helishakes 10-15 seconds
-Warm down: A shower or hot wrap
You may also want to add PC contractions to your routine at this point.(More info after routine)
Week3-5:
-Warm up: Hot wrap for 5 minutes.
-Stretches: All directions up, down, left, right, hold for 30 seconds each.
-Circulation: Helishakes (“how to” below). 10-15 seconds.
-Jelqs: 250 wet jelqs, 200 dry jelqs.
-Circulation: Helishakes 10-15 seconds
-Warm down: A shower or hot wrap
-PC exercises
Week6-7:
-Warm up: Hot wrap for 5 minutes.
-Stretches: All directions up, down, left, right, hold for 30 seconds each. You may want to add some different stretches: A-Stretch, V-Stretch, Oldie's Waterwell Stretch.
-Circulation: Helishakes (“how to” below). 10-15 seconds.
-Jelqs: 300-400 wet jelqs, 200 dry jelqs.
-Circulation: Helishakes 10-15 seconds
-Warm down: A shower or hot wrap
-PC excerises

Helishakes:First get an “ok” grip around the base your penis. Don’t hold tight though. Now kegel in a little blood and very slightly tighen your grip. Now moving your hand up and down will cause your dick to twirl eventually like a propeller. Its really kind of a knack you gotta get used to, but its easy really.
PC muscle: Why exercise the PC muscle?
- Stay harder for longer
- Possibly have multiple orgasms
- Helps increase size and girth
- Control the urge to ejaculate
Finding your PC muscle:
Some people have problems finding the PC but it is relatively easy. Next time you go for a piss, stop yourself midflow. The muscle you tensed to do this is your PC. Then get an erection and tense the same muscle, you penis should move, this is the muscle you want.

Thanks man this has motivated me to start pe again. But how much did you gain and can I do it without the heli shakes how many exactly am I suppose to do it says 10-15 seconds.

Kegel workouts help out gains? I mean..yeah I guess it IS a muscle..and it WILL get bigger but I mean..I don't know if it's enough to really "count" it. Man, maybe I should start doing more kegel workouts :D

Im not really sure on the totally biology on it, you'd have to ask Bobo or someone more learned about it, but im sure you've noticed when you kegel you push and hold more blood into your cock and it increases in volume (i.e. length and girth). So it helps a little, but not really alot. I'd do them more for just stronger erections than anything else...possibly maybe lasting longer too but i cant get these bastard reverse kegels to work :cheeky:

The quantity is not very important in my opinion.
Its about getting total control over this muscle. So you need to use some variety but nothing's written in stone here.

Netgear, did you really go from 4.75" to 6.5" in 2 months? How tall are you? How tall are your parents? I'm 5" and from the polls, it looks like I'm down on the bottom 1% of the world. It's really giving me some hope to see someone our size be able to gain.

Um if you click <a href="http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showpost.php?p=56172&postcount=52">HERE </a> you can see my exact routine, the only thing missing is that im on Ginkgo Biloba as well and that i go to the gym now(not sure if that helps tho). I'd suggest if you didnt live in Australia to get yourself some L-arginine, it will really help.
Im about 5' 10" (so pretty short really) i weigh 72kg, (about 11.5 stone) and my parents are a little bit shorter than I, however my mum is taller than my dad.

Please excuse my ignorance, I know nothing about this stuff, How safe is it? Can you do any major harm to yourself by doing this stuff? Or are you alrght as long as you follow the sort of guide you have made here exactly?

Yes you can do damage but as long as you work with your body you should be fine. I personally haven't had any injuries but i know some people have so i can't say you won't encounter any. As long as you follow that guide and realise when enough is enough you should be fine. Keep in mind doing the routine twice as much or twice as hard wont make you gain in half the time. So don't try and overwork your cock or you'll be off PE'ing longer waiting for it to heal. Id suggest reading the Male Anatomy Guide though (Check Bobo's sticky at the top).

thanks, haven't really measured yet, just trying to have a read of some of this stuff before I think about trying it. Didn't even know this was possible, and still pretty skeptical (as I'm sure everyone is at first).

Yeah, everyone's skeptical at first. Just read through the diary section to see how other people are gaining and that will probably give you some confidence.
Although I'm sure it won't matter as much until you see yourself gain, so go set up a diary, measure, and start doing this thing!

girth is another word for circumference. It is the distance around your penis.

The best way to measure it I find is to cut up a thin but long strip of paper and wrap it around your penis. I do mid-shaft, but you can do it wherever you like (just keep it consistent). Then just mark it off with your thumb and measure with a ruler.

Apologies for a couple more noobie questions, but I suppose its better to ask questions before you start this type of thing.
I gather the whole point is to get more blood circulating into the penis, just wonderinf if any blood comes out the end of your dick aswell? I wouldn't think so but just making sure.
Secondly, and probably more importantly, I play in a soccer team and our games are on Saturdays. Now, I am a goalkeeper so it is not uncommon for me to take a slight knock in the area in question. Im not saying I get kicked in the nuts or injured in this area, not at all, but I do plenty of diving and sliding around all over the place so the groin is often at full stretch and often I'll roll all the way over which might give the dick a stretch etc. Sometimes I might take the ball in that general area. If I was doing a PE routine, would anything like this affect any of the healing?
lol This is all probably very exaggerated, but basically I would just be a bit worried of taking someone's boot in the nuts (which has happened) when my dick is supposed to be healing from a PE workout.
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
Oh, and starting stats are:
Erect length: 14cm
Flacid length: 7cm (doesn't sound like much to write home about)
Not measured girth yet, and haven't converted to inches.
Reason I am interested in getting into this is basically to try and gain some self confidence. Never had a girlfriend, so noone's ever seen my dick, so I don't know if its embarrassingly small although I know it certainly aint big. To cut a long story short, I am very shy, have no confidence and lack any sort of self esteem, along with being pretty short (5'6) and average looking at best. Never been able to ask a girl out, whenever I want to I always tell myself "don't bother, she would only say no to a loser like you" and I never have the courage to do anything. I really admire you guys that do find this kind of thing easy as its something I don't know if I will ever be able to do (as pathetic as that may sound to some of you). I had all but given up hope until last week I discovered my 16 year old brother now has a girlfriend. Being "beaten" by your younger brother is not the most pleasing experience (especially when your mother likes to take a keen interest in this sort of thing) so this year it is time to take action. I'm looking for ways to raise a bit of self-confidence and belief in myself, and perhaps some successful PE would be one way.
Apologies for a rather long winded and perhaps pathetic post, but perhaps it sounds a bit familiar to someone. But none of you know me personally, so what the hell?

Onto the questions, blood shouldnt come out the end. If it does, stop immediately. If you get hit in the penis I doubt it will be a problem, I'd watch out for my testes if I were you.

yeah fair enough, I know I'm a bit short to be a keeper. It was never a problem up until last year when, due to age I had to jump from juniors to seniors. I will probably end up having to switch to playing outfield, or not playing at all at some point in the near future, but sticking with it for now as I love it.
I'm only playing in a social, division 3 sort of level so its nothing world class.
Every word I said was true, thats all I can say. Not too sure what I would gain by making that up anyway.

Netgear, how long before you saw any gains? i've been PEing for 6 weeks now and still measure the same (not givin' up though) Also how many sets of stretches do you do, i'm currently doing 3 sets of 5 way 30 seconds ea, am i over training ?
Congrats on the impressive gains, shows it can be done although i admit i'm still a little skeptical.

When i started PE-ing this time it was actually my thrid time of trying. The first two times i guess i was going for a month and with no results just stopped. Although after then of about a year i started now and saw gains after about 4 weeks. Don't give up. I'd say that was ok, if those aren't giving u much results why dont you try some of the more advanced stretches. Your dick should be ready for it now. Hoping to add some before pics soon, if i can find my old ones and they wont give too much away as to who i am...

Its bigger when flaccid now and the veins are standing out much more, also taking ginkgo biloba, training M-W-F, stretches then 300 wet jelqs, just need to see some erect gains to boost my motovation. Only started with stretches 2 weeks ago, i'll do them for another few weeks then move onto more advanced ones.

After the 8 weeks is over, its expected that you will have learned the physical limitations of your penis and how heavy a routine you should be performing to get optimal gains. From this you would develop your own custom routine incorporating some of the exercises shown here.
For further inspiration you can look at some of the members progress diaries to get an idea of some of the routines that they chose.

Recently found out about this PE stuff.. and as im a tight bastard decided to seek a free alternative and luckily found Cheeky Cherry.
Just like you described at the beggining of your post i am a lazy cunt and not bothered to do weeks of research and set up my own routine.. so was glad to find this post where its all planned out for a few weeks :-)
Just wanted to say cheers.. im gonna give it a go soon, probably for the new year ;-) Hope it works, wouldn't mind an extra inch in girth and length just to boost my ego and show the ladies a better time. More than anything was wondering if there are any exercises to make you last longer, go on for hours instead of minutes :cheeky: hehe.
Also are the results permanent? if i stop the exercises after some gain.. will i just eventually go back to original size after a while?

There are plenty of posts on how to last longer. Check this for starters (plenty of others, I'm sure.)
Actually.. one of the 'negative' side effects of PE is a reduction in sensitivity.. but ontop of that.. practising 'edging' (bringing yourself as close to orgasm as possible without throwing the stones) can lead to you lasting longer in the sack.
