How to make Your PE-career a success?

PE really is the most effective and safe way to increase Your penis size. After trying natural penis enlargement seriously for a while, You will become a believer and forget all those crazy things like penis pumps, weights or surgery! As in everything, there's a "but" in PE too... in order to succeed in Your PE-career, You'll need to know some basic principles and methods.

Realistic goals

The internet is full of PE-related sites that claim their programs to be the most effective in the market. Some of them tell You that it would be possible to gain something like three inches in just under a month or similar. The truth is that isn't possible... they're just trying to sell You their program which propably isn't better than the others at all.

Some of You might even believe those things, and if You really think You can gain something like that, Your PE-career is doomed. You will try this for a couple of weeks max, and if You see nothing like those unbelieveable gains they advertised, You will quit and You'll have to live with Your small dick for the rest of Your life.

In order to make Your PE-career a success, You must set realistic goals from the start. Forget all those unbelieveable gains they are advertising, in reality the gaining is a lot slower. But don't get me wrong, the gains are only slower, not impossible!

So, what are the realistic goals? You may gain an inch during Your first month if You are one of the lucky ones, but You should prepare Yourself mentally for the fact that You might not gain at all during the first month! Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day, and penis enlargement is a slow process too! You can set Your goals as high as You want (many here are aiming for 9-10" length) since I believe You can reach them if You only have enough patience and commitment, but it really can take years. But as so many here at CC has proven, anybody can gain! Quick or slow, it's up to Your technique and Your physical charasteristics, but still... slow or fast, You are able to gain like everyone else!

Follow the Program

When you're starting out, stick closely to the program. Some of You won't gain because they choose their own path right from the beginning, they don't listen to the advice of the wise ones here and think they know it all. They make a program of their own thinking the more intensity they use, the more they will gain. Now that's a lie, and it could even lead to serious injury if You're not careful enough!

So, follow the given newbie routine religiously for a month or two, that way Your penis will get adjusted to the increased strain without a risk of injury. After 1-2 months You will have some experience on how Your penis can take the strain, and You can start making Your own program based on the knowledge found here, and of course based on Your personal experience.

Don't Overtrain

When you start to see gains, it's very tempting to increase the length of your workouts, increase the intensity and/or start training more frequently. It's a natural reaction. Many seem to think that if You gained 1/2" during the first month with a certain routine, You would gain a full inch during the next month only by doubling the intensity! No, it doesn't work that way! There is this thing called overtraining, and it will stop Your gains completely!

The tissue can cope with only to so much exercise in one workout (this is the point where you have stimulated maximum growth), every minute over that only lengthens the needed recovery time and makes gaining impossible. Before the next session Your tissue should be healed for maximum gains, and if Your previous exercise was too intense, Your healing will take a lot more than the regular pause. If Your penis isn't healed before the next session, You will be straining on top of the older wounds and things will only get worse!

Growth occurs only when You're resting. It takes around 48 hours to heal from a normal PE workout, so in order to gain as fast as You physically can, You should keep the intensity light enough so Your tissue can heal before the next workout. The healing time seems to vary between us, so You'll need to do some experiments to find the correct balance between Your PE intensity and the recovery time.

Based on the fact that the tissue usually needs around 48 hours to heal, the best routine should be something like every other day or the popular m-w-f with weekends off. Some seem to believe in the 5 on 2 off -routine too, but with increased amount of PE every week like that You really should keep the intensity quite low. For beginners I recommend that You really should rest about 48 hours between every workout.

Eat healthy and exercise!

To have good gains, You should also take care of Your health in general. Eating lots of greasy food and not exercising will make Your gains much slower. The girls don't only want to see a big penis, a good frame around it is a lot more! So, exercise, loose some weight, eat healthy and Your sex life will improve a lot!

There are some supplements that can also help You gain. I'm not talking about those expensive PE-pills, they usually do not work at all! I'm talking about vitamins, minerals and proteins. There is a lot of info on these supplements here at CC, just do a little searching and You'll find everything You need to know.

Motivation

Take it easy, don't get too serious about PE... It is ok to skip one or two exercises every now and then, You really should PE when You feel like it. If it becomes an extra burden in Your life, eventually You will stop PE'ing completely. It is important to do it regularly, but still it should be fun, not a burden.

Don't measure every day because it is very difficult to see the gains then and it will eat Your motivation. A good way to follow is to measure once a month, that way You'll see the gains a lot easier and that will keep Your motivation up. Remember, like everyone else, You won't gain every month, so don't quit if one month is "wasted". Analyze Your routine then, maybe take some time off, do a few changes and try the new routine for the next month. Give it time, You will find the best routines for You and You'll be on the path towards a bigger penis and a better life!

These are some of the principles You should remember, and Your PE-career will be a success! Just remember to take it easy, don't overtrain, take Your supplements, keep Your motivation up and Your life will change, that's guaranteed! PE really does work, but how well... it's up to You. Good luck!

The beginners section is pretty much moved.
You'll have to figure out what to do with you supplements thread. It contains some wonderful information but spread out across a multitude of pages.

I will start a new one, and combine everything I've learned to the first post. No need to transfer the old one here... I'll fix it when I have enough time.

Hi!

I'm a new member at penisadvanatge.com and I'm not sure if this forum is made by the same guys?

Anyway, the trainingroutine there is 5 days and then 2 days rest.
I have been training for about 5 weeks now.

I was very suprised to read that I need a 48 hour rest between PE.
Should i skip the 5-day routine?

Tnx.

There are different schools of thought. With muscle training you need to rest 48hrs to allow the body to repair the muscles. Certain PE exercises work by breaking down muscles in the penis (yes there are muscles in the penis), those exercises require 48hrs or you risk overtraining. Some exercises focus on stretching ligaments. As long as you don't tear the ligament (you will know when you tear it), you can do these as often as you want, but it is advised not to overdo them because ligament damage is a real annoyance.

For jelqs - rest 48hrs
for stretching - you can do them every day
as for the other exercises, you're a newbie so you shiuldn't even think about them.

The substance of the corpora cavernosa (erectile tissue) consists of numerous sinusoids (lacunar spaces) among interwoven trabeculae of smooth muscles and supporting connective tissue.

Smooth muscle. Its not the same as skeletal muscle which is the main muscles in your body that you see such as biceps, pecs, extc. Smooth muscle is in the hollow organs of your body such as blood vessels, urethra, uterus, and intestines and bladder. They are used to contract the hollow organs and are more commonly know as involuntary muscles as you can not control them like skeletal muscles. Thank you 3 fuckin years of biology and two of anatomy :mrgreen

I don't care what other forums/websites say. The penis contains muscles, and you should search medical sources, not the opinion of some "guy".

As the corpora cavernosa is one of these types of organs, it does in fact have the smooth muscle in it.

Actually its not a theory. Its scientific fact. Thing is most people dont know its there because they cant see or controll it. Thats because its makes up the interior walls of these organs and not the exterior. Its there but you cant control or feel it at all.
