Self Hypnosis

Has anyone done this before and can it be done, the reason i ask is because i was on this site and they had a hypnosis file of "penis Growth" i know it wont work just from that but it might do something to your subconscounce or something to help it grow you know the whole poisitive mind set thing.

I have tried self hypnosis but at the time is was in a phase of my life that was was heavily meditating. It sort of put me into some sort of trance/meditative state. i don't know what the outcome was but it was a nice experience. This was self hypnosis for picking up chicks. At the time I was reading alot of literature and trying things out so I can't say whether it had any effect besides being a pleasant experience.
