We have screwed up neighbours too. When we were constructing our house they complained constantly to the local authority and made us stop construction. Also, they stole our bin once - and we caught them out. they didn't even apologise, they just gave it back. The funny thing is that they are all professional doctors. What twisted pervert would go to a doctor that steals other peoples' bins??
