View Full Version : Hi, I have been reading awhile, hows my routine look? I'm new

I have been reading alot and I think my routine is ok for a starter

5min warm wrap
10min stretch in all directions
10min jegling(do I just cont. doing them none stop and do I need to be 60% erect?)
5min warm wrap

I want length ASAP and I heard stretching is bassically what adds mostly length and jegles and squeezes ad girth..is this tru?

Can I do any speccial strecthes to get quicker results?

I've been a bodybuilder for 7 years and I'm 19 years old so I understand consistency and deication and I know this stuff takes time.

I also wondered about viagra, cause I have a really hard time getting erect around women do to my self-consiness(spelling?) I am actually a virgin still b/c I have never been erect around a girl because I am so self concious about my size. I'm very outgoing and fun though, so I'm not like a depressed person and I know PE will help me emensiouly(spelling?)

I'm b/w 5 1/2 and 5 3/4 erect and I haven't measured my girth but its nothing special. I'm really small when I'm limp and that bothers me alot, so I want to do alot of stretching, no?

I want to get to 7 inches in length and be meaty in girth...I hope thats possible...

I would appreciate it if someone with AIM and knowledge on PE could IM me on Coldblooded4513....I would love having the moral support and share expereinces with someone on a regular basis to leanr quicker.

Gaining takes time and since you have done body building I'm sure you'll appreciate that you have to start with light workouts at first.


For stronger erections you should do an exercise known as kegels (http://www.cheekycherry.co.uk/penis_exercise_one_keglesactual.htm)
You will start to see stronger erections definately within a month. After a few months you will be able to control your erections - ie you will have no problem getting it up coz you will be able to force blood into the penis.

If you really want to get viagra you should go to a doctor. DO NOT PURCHASE VIAGRA ONLINE. It is dangerous to purchase prescription medications over the internet.

The way viagra work is significantly by making blood pump into the penis and then trapping it by contracting the veins that carry it away from the penis.

You can learn how to do that with kegels!!! Although it will take atleast 1-3 months of kegelling. If you kegel really intensely you may be able to reach this goal in 2 months.

If you still have trouble getting it up, then when you hook up with a chick, tell her you are religious and don't want to screw until you get married (only tell them this on the actual night that you think you are likely to score - ie as you're taking their short off). Tell them oral is ok. They will probably be fine with this. And then the pressure won't be on you to perform. Go down on them and they will go down on you. Then if you are getting it up with oral, you may just tell them "fuck it, lets screw". This will make them feel special as they will feel that they have seduced you away from your religious morals. Proceed plugging their love hole.

Another thing you can do is get tipsy on the night you think you're going to score (in australian slang tipsy means sort of slightly drunk). then your moind will be clearer and you won't be as insecure or whatever.

thank you very much for your help. I have read here alot like I said, and the members here are awsome and very supportive. I think tonight I will see what happens with this girl.....if she wants to have sex then I'll see what my own powers can do and if that dosen't work, I may resort to viagra (my friends dad takes it prescription from a doctor, so its legit stuff, ym buddies have used it before and love it) just because its the heat of the moment, but I will try to do without it. I will be very dedicated to this and hope my time pays off and it makes me a beleiver.

I personally believe that the exercises, in order of importance are:
1. kegels
2. wet jelqs
3. stretching

2 and 3 will increase the size of your penis.
3 will increase length only
2 will increase length and width

without 1, 2 and 3 are pointless. A big soft dig won't do anything. A smaller rock hard dick will work wonders.

Wet jelqs have been around for hundreds of years and are considered to be highly effective.

Your technique looks fine for a starter. Make sure you use a good lubricant. I prefer Johnsons baby Oil. It lasts for ages and you don't need to re apply. Also it is pretty cheap.
Vaseline is also good.

After about 2 weeks I would up the wet jelqs to 200-300 and incorporate light dry jelqs

Do the workout at least 3 days a week. Monday Wednesday Friday is a good timetable.

I think its a good idea to learn to do kegels while brushing your teeth. You can then make sure you do it everyday as well as brush your teeth thoroughly every day - win win situation.
Also kegel as much as possible throughout the rest of the day.

Why bother with viagra when the probem is in your head? If your that nervous when you are about to fuck, you've got to find some way of overcoming it. Viagra should not be a longterm solution for a young guy. Try learning relaxation techniques. I bet that once you've done some PE you will gain confidence and learn to relax without drugs.

Exactly!

If the viagara over a few days method I suggested doesn't work, givie it up altogether. Viagra has been known to have bad side effects for young guys that use it a lot - ie impotence - which you don't have, you just have trouble around chicks coz your nervous.

And when I stretch how hard should I be pulling...cause I am a big bodybuilder so I don't wanna rip the little guy off.

its not jeqels, its jelqs and you should be 30-60% erect. The skin connetcing to your ball sack (scrotum) coming up is fine - it means you are jelqing from the base - good stuff.

as for stretches - stretch enough so you feel a light stretch in the center of the base of your penis. As with all stretching, it should feel at the worst, slightly uncomfortable. Never painful. Go light, and after 6 seconds slightly increase the intensity. You should be very careful with stretches.

Yes, we met and I hada great time with her, as I said I'm a very outgoing person, until things hit the bedroom...I thought I was gonna get lucky so I took the viagra and I slept with her, but my little soilder was left hard and alone....which actually made me happy cause she's not easy to get with and that makes good relationship material. But I never did fall to sleep. haha

I just finished my first week of PEing....I did 4 workouts this week. My last workout consisted of a 5min warm wrap.....10min stretching in all directions, 140 jegls.....and a 5min warm wrap again...does that look good?

I am sorta seeing little things already, just during the workout though...like after 10min of stretching my falcid hang is better and after jegling my girth is better, but these are both just noticable to me cause I see my wang everyday....after the workouts for about 20min my penis feels meater. Even tho its , by measurement, not.

Like I said though, this just ended my first week, I hope I'm a quick gainer.

How does my workout look?

Good for the first week. Next week you might want to increase the jelqs to over 200.

I am in the bathroom when I do them and am not that turned on , to the point of getting 70% erect....but the I see the blood pushing into the head of my shift and head?

Which is the point right?

by the way I love stretching it out, makes my flacid longer immidietly afterwards

You might want to mix it up a little.
I usually start at 80% with very light jelqs, then the erection subsides to 60% and the jelqs become longer and more intense, then it goes to 30%-50% and the jelqs are the most intense at this point.

However if you see blood being pushed into the head, you are doing it right. The point of jelqing and of all PE exercises is not to enlarge the penis, but to promote enlargement in the penis. Actual enlargement doesn't happen at the point of exercise, it happens at the point of healing.
