Ok, first off, what is Natural Penis Enlargement exactly?
Natural Penis Enlargement - By using various methods of stretching, engorgement and compression techniques it is possible to enlarge your penis.
Stretching - The most common and basic method of increasing length is by stretching. There are various ways of stretching, such as hanging weights, stretching devices and manual stretching. Manual stretching is one of the most common methods and by doing so, over long periods of time will lengthen the suspensory ligaments - this obviously resulting in a longer penis.
Engorgement - This is a common and effective way of increasing girth and length. The most common methods include jelqing (Both wet and dry), and holds. Engorgement exercises require the penis to be in a semi erect condition, usually around 60-80% depending on how much pressure you wish to apply. By performing these exercises, you encourage blood into the penis casuing it to expand beyond its maximum erect size (Which is why during your workouts your semi erect penis may looked pumped so to speak and bigger than your normal erect size)
Compression - This is a less common method, at least not as common as the two previously mentioned. It works by forcing blood into a specific part of the penis, usually the shaft and compressing it. These techniques are good for increasing girth and width of the penis.

Basic Stretching - With your penis in a limp state (Flaccid) grab below the head with a firm OK grip and pull your penis outwards in front of you, pull so that you can feel a good stretch but not so it causes any pain or discomfort. Hold this for 30-60 seconds.
