Been PE'ing on and off for years but without commitment and without any major gains so I'm going to give it another go and see if I can get some better results - got about 1/4" last year using Godma's workout which seems to have stuck but not had any gains in girth. Hopefully an online diary will encourage a bit more commitment!

Starting Stats:

BPEL: 7.75"
EG: 5.0"

FL: 2.5-4.5" approx
FG: 3.5"

I'm starting from scratch with Penis Advantage's programme and then I think I'll go back onto Godma's workout with a few mods for girth.

Aims are:
EL: 8.5"
EG 6.0"

Hoping to reach these within 9 months.

Well here goes nothing... :P

spider, I think your goals are very reasonable. It may be a little harder to reach the girth goal, but I think with persistence it is well within your grasp. Good luck mate.

Cheers Wernstrum - yeah I quite agree girth is going to be a tough one there doesn't seem to be anyone around at the minute who has made significant gains in girth either - guess I'll have to experiment a bit!

After a week of moderate beginners exercises my dick seems to have remembered what it's all about and become reaccustomed to the regime quite quickly - I've just tried my old routine (Godma's) without any problems at all so I'm just going to carry on - god it feels good to be back! :D

Nice starting stats huge difference in EL and FL, you never know you might be a girth gainer and gain a lot in girth only time will tell. Just focus on the quality of your routine over the quantity and all these crazy exercises. Good Luck.

Cheers ownd, think I was a little stingy on the FL so I've increased it a bit - to be fair on average the FL is somewhere in the middle - not overly bothered about Fl as it fluctuates so much anyway - but it would be nice keep away from the 2.5" on very cold mornings! :lol:

Ok I couldn't wait until the end of the week so I decided to measure today stats after just short of one month are:

BPEL: 7 7/8"
EG: 5"

No gains on girth yet but I've recently started doing super-long jelqs (10-15 seconds) in my routine instead of the normal ones so hopefully I'll see girth gains next month. A word of warning for any newbies wanting to try the long-jelq take it easy! They're really intensive - I had very minor brusing the first time i did them and at the minute I have a complete rest day bewteen workout days to allow for healing - so far no problems.
