Hi everybody!
When I discovered CC, I felt I'd truly found a source that could actually help me get the gains I'm looking for. I've been reading around for the past few days and I must say that I've found more useful PE information on this page than any paysite could ever offer. Also, I'll add that you all seem like very nice guys with healthy sized penises :)
Anywho, I started my routine on Monday. I'm planning on doing M-W-F workouts. PLEASE let me know if this is a decent routine. It goes a little like this:
A) 5-10 minutes warm up: dipping my johnson in a bowl of warm water
B) 40 second Stretches in each direction x 2
C) 80 wet jelqs
D) 6 ten second holds
E) 4 advanced holds (kudos to G-spot for his spectacular trademark hold)
F) 5-10 minute warm down (dipping)
Keep 2 things in mind: I've had a lot of past experience with PE excercises (jelqing, stretching, etc.), AND this is only my routine for the first week. Hopefully, I'll be able to up the ante in the weeks that follow. After all, a little ambition never hurt anyone (that is, if you don't count serial killers :) )
One more piece of info, my starting sizes are approximately:
EL: 7.3 inches (18.54 cm)
EG: 5.0 inches (12.7 cm)
My personal goal is to reach:
EL: 9.0 inches (22.86 cm)
EG: 6.2 inches (15.74 cm)
By this summer. With the help of master penis fondlers such as you guys, I'm sure I'll be able to approach these goals with confidence. Please let me know what you think of my workout. I'd love some feedback :D
February 12 Measurement:
EL: 7.6 inches (.3 inch gain)
EG: 5.2 inches (.2 inch gain)
I must say that I'm pretty impressed with PE thusfar. I've been pretty adament about making all my workouts (T-Th-Sat) and have been taking about 3 g of arginine a day. Fortunately, I've been able to make PE a solid part of my weekly routine and just another "thing that I do." I'll make sure to keep you guys updated with all of the juicy details. :D
