Hi everybody!

When I discovered CC, I felt I'd truly found a source that could actually help me get the gains I'm looking for. I've been reading around for the past few days and I must say that I've found more useful PE information on this page than any paysite could ever offer. Also, I'll add that you all seem like very nice guys with healthy sized penises :)

Anywho, I started my routine on Monday. I'm planning on doing M-W-F workouts. PLEASE let me know if this is a decent routine. It goes a little like this:

A) 5-10 minutes warm up: dipping my johnson in a bowl of warm water
B) 40 second Stretches in each direction x 2
C) 80 wet jelqs
D) 6 ten second holds
E) 4 advanced holds (kudos to G-spot for his spectacular trademark hold)
F) 5-10 minute warm down (dipping)

Keep 2 things in mind: I've had a lot of past experience with PE excercises (jelqing, stretching, etc.), AND this is only my routine for the first week. Hopefully, I'll be able to up the ante in the weeks that follow. After all, a little ambition never hurt anyone (that is, if you don't count serial killers :) )

One more piece of info, my starting sizes are approximately:

EL: 7.3 inches (18.54 cm)
EG: 5.0 inches (12.7 cm)

My personal goal is to reach:

EL: 9.0 inches (22.86 cm)
EG: 6.2 inches (15.74 cm)

By this summer. With the help of master penis fondlers such as you guys, I'm sure I'll be able to approach these goals with confidence. Please let me know what you think of my workout. I'd love some feedback :D


February 12 Measurement:
EL: 7.6 inches (.3 inch gain)
EG: 5.2 inches (.2 inch gain)

I must say that I'm pretty impressed with PE thusfar. I've been pretty adament about making all my workouts (T-Th-Sat) and have been taking about 3 g of arginine a day. Fortunately, I've been able to make PE a solid part of my weekly routine and just another "thing that I do." I'll make sure to keep you guys updated with all of the juicy details. :D

nice plan man . Im new here to. I read that u shouldnt do holds i think till least 2-3 months of peing so i wouldnt do starting off.And u prob could do 200 wet jelg instead of 80,But 1 of bros said less is better . And since u did lower the wet so you could do holds its prob ok ,but they say holds take alot of out penis so not sure. Just try like 200 wet jelqs till you've been peing for a good while ..... This is only if you've talking a good long time away from peing , but u know more hope i could help. and welcome to cc :)

Well I have to say that while your goals are commendable, you won't go very far with just 80 jelqs and holds lasting less than 60 seconds each. Rather than that try 200-250 jelqs to start with and stretches in each direction lasting 1 minute each. By the way, if you're questing after 9 inches to get you more tail then don't hold your breath. It's not how deep you fish,it's how you wiggle your worm.

Thanks for the feedback guys. After thinking about it, I'm going to revise my workout to include more wet jelqs. I'll keep you updated!

great starting stats, i wish you luck on reaching your goals! if i were you i would stay FAR away from holds, especially 60 second holds until you've been peing for a couple months at least. i would try the 80 wet jelqs (nice slow ones) and then throw some dry jelqs in. these are far mellower than the holds, but still very effective, especially to a dick that hasn't become adjusted to PE.

Nice starting stats indeed! I wouldn't recommend holds at this stage if You haven't PE'd for a while. The fact that You have been PE'ing before doesn't mean anything if You haven't PE'd for a while, that makes You a beginner again in terms of intensity. I would recommend doing more wet jelqs and less holds for at least 1-2 months, better safe than sorry. Welcome to CC, Sir! :mrgreen

I was wondering you said you do a 40 second stretch, are you pulling med, or hard on the stretches. The reason I ask is that if your doing hard pulls then i would recomend dropping the 40 seconds to 20 to 25. :cool

I say stay away from holds and anything intense for first few months like Bobo said. Also keep up with the kegels.

I'd say my stretches are of medium intensity. In my past PE experiences, I'd stretch for about a minute with the same vigor, so I'm sure doing a medium stretch for 40 seconds will do me just fine.

As for kegals, do any of you guys have a solid workout you'd recommend? I stumbled on to Satan's Left Testicle's routine, but- needless to say- that would probably be overdoing it (quite literally). Let me know if there're any kegal routines that have worked well enough that you wouldn't mind passing them on to your's truly. Thanks :D

Started updated routine for week 2 today:

A) 5-10 minute warmup
B) 3 stretches in each direction (40 seconds)
C) 120 wet jelqs (3 seconds long)
D) 6 holds (20 seconds)
E) 4 advanced holds (20 seconds)
F) 5-10 minute warm down

Thusfar my workouts have all felt great! I'm also planning on taking an L-Arginine/ L-Ornithine mixture pretty soon to see if it helps.
