How you boys doing today? I been "Lurking" here for about...a year now. I started reading and being interested in increasing my size, mainly for my girl. I'm in no way that small, I'm between 7-8 inches now, I just wanted to increase girth and get to about an 8 inch length on a regular basis
My questions are...
1. Do the results last? Lets say I was to go cold turkey for 6 months, would I actually lose size?
2. Does your penis feels or gets smaller after a workout (I saw a thread on that awhile ago, but I could never find it) and is that permanent. Ofcourse, I mean days after
I have more questions, that i'll probably remember later, but these are mainly it. I've looked for threads similar to these, but I couldn't find them anymore, so I don't want anyone to think I was just being lazy.
I appreciate the help, and salute your gains. I've always heard that you wee stuck with what you got, but I always felt there was a way to achieve anything. This site helped prove me right

1. Gains are permanent however sometimes, some losses are made if, like you said, you go cold turkey. If you ever get to a size where you dont want to gain anymore it is advised you do a maintainance routine which is just a light routine done maybe once a week. Just to make sure.
2. Some people do experience what you have described but no this doesnt last from what ive read however i dont exeperience this problem (if you can even call it a problem) so im not the expert here.
BTW welcome and nice length, some are just blessed i guess.

Gains are somewhat permanent, you will not have any drastic losses. I stopped for 8 months and lost .2 girth and .27 about in length not bad, and im sure its easy to get it back. The problem about shrinking is not even a problem you will go back to your main size.
Pce Oout.

I stopped for 20 months and lost only 0.1". So I'll testify for PE being permanent.

Ditto. I've stopped for more than six months and my gains are there, firm and strong. :mrgreen

Appreciate the help fellas. I've been gone, so I haven't been able to post or reply.
Well, mines just seemed like it got smaller after a wirkout. Maybe it was the appearance of it during the workout, then seeing it get small afterwards that made me think that way. I was just about to do a workout now, since I haven't done them in about a week.
Again, I appreciate the help. And good luck to you all.

Well, I just did another workout and was slightly dissapointed at the results...
My routine tonight consisted of....
5 min warm up
Stretches
Helicopter shakes - 50 in each direction
dry jelqing - 150
wet jelqing - 150
helicopter shakes again - 50 in each direction/ Holds - 10 seconds each
5 min warm down
I don't know what you guys think of this routine. I usually switch it up now, after using the beginners routine for awhile. I don't really know what happened. My penis felt/looked smaller, to me. I never got a full erection. I don't even think I even got 50% erection today. It got slightly bigger, but I hope it gets alot bigger when I'm full aroused
And thats another problem I think I have. A few times with my g/f, I didn't get 100% aroused. Maybe up to 80%, but It just didn't feel like it was as big as other times. IMO, I think I'm at my full arousal when I get so much blood in there that it hurts, like it's about to explode. I haven't had that feeling lately. What do you guys think is the problem?

ever since you starting peing you haven't been able to get fully erect? or is this from before you started? i would suggest doing kegels, lots of kegels, all the time. you might want to cut out some of the heli-shakes, seems a bit overboard considering how light you are on yourself with the jelqs. how long does each jelq last for you? 2-3 seconds is how long i do them, it seems to work for me.

Not really. It was sort of like that before. Every once in awhile I FEEL like I'm fully erect. It feels like i'm about to explode. I haven't had the feeling recently, or alot. I get hard enough, just not like I want it to be.
And ok, I'll cut down the shakes and increase the jelqs. I don't know what was up last night. I hardly got 50% erection IMO, but I was stiff enought to do the exercises. I don't know. What can I do to increase blood flow in the penis while I'm aroused? I don't think I was aroused last night.

if you feel that you are hardly ever fully erect, maybe you should get checked by a doctor.
