Well I have started PEing twice now, and stopped doing it for no real reason. I always feel like I'm gaining, I do gain and then I stop like a month after I start. So even though I know 10 minutes is not enough to really get big gains at all, I am looking to start with 10 minutes and then slowly increase my exercizes once I become more strict. So here is what I am thinking.
M-F and take Sat and Sun off.
I'm not counting warm-up in the 10 minutes.
Warm-up in shower for (3-5 minutes)
Light stretches (30 seconds)
5 Holds (60 seconds)
Wet Jelqs (3 minutes)
Dry Jelqs (5 minutes)
Light stretches (30 seconds)
5 Holds (60 seconds)
Warm-down in shower (3-5 minutes)
So a little over 10 minutes. I will gradually increase the time and reps to see better gains.
