Lets see. Think of it as a scale. Orgasm is rated 10. You need to start the clamp at about 9.5 or so to completely hold back.

when i was around 16 or 17 I used to be able to do it 3 times without clamping or anything when having sex. Now im lucky to be able to cum before my wife starts complaining about getting sore.
