I have been reading the board here for a while. I have been PEing for more than three months now. Here are my results:

5 min shower warm-up
Heli Shakes
30 sec stretches
Heli shakes
100 Dry Jelqs
Heli shakes
200 Wet Jelqs
Heli shakes
3 30 sec holds
5 min shower cool-down
Kegalling through-out the day and during exersizes
My long term goal is 8 X 6. My short term goal for August is 7 X 5.5.
