i will just pick this up where i left off on my old journal.
i just got back from my spring break. i ended up taking all of last week off. will pick up again today.

i was beating off earlier and decided to measure myself. well, that week off hurt me. i lost some of my gains!! im so pissed off. but o well, i guess i learned my lesson.

well, i figure that i ought to add my routine to my journal.


M-W-F

1. Warm up
2. Stretch (straight out, left, right, up, down) each one time, and for 30 seconds each
-after each stretch, stretch circular clockwise and counter-clockwise, 5 times each way; followed by 20 slaps against each leg
3. After all stretches are done, i do 3 heli-shakes, each 15 seconds
4. then, 200 jelqs
5. 50 "kegel jelqs"
6. 3 heli-shakes, each 15 seconds
7. cool down


Tues-Thurs

1. Warm up

i've never done any dry jelqs before. how are they done? and what do they increase, length or width?

As far as I know dry jelqs aim for girth....

so what are normal jelqs for, or i guess, wet jelqs? length?

Depends. Tight, slow wet jelqs will target girth whereas jelqs that are not as tight and a bit faster will target length. Most try to find a balance to add to both.

Wet jelqs are basically a staple of the PE rotuines. They are the original PE exercise used for hundreds of years by north african nomadic arabs. You should be able to enlarge your penis by just using this one exercise. Of course, it doesn't hurt to use other supporting exercises.

And you can't overdo kegels. Kegel constantly. Kegel kegel.

*this measurement is from when i was jerking off, and i got extremely hard. also, this was taken when i sit on a chair, and push my dick down so that it's parallel to the floor.
EL girth: nearly 6"...taken at the very base of my dick, where it meets my stomach

just thought that i should put up my current stats....

FL: ~4"

EL: ~6.25 with dick pressed parallel to floor while sitting, ~6 1/8" ~16.2cm
EL BP: ~6 5/8" ~16.7 cm measured with dick parallel to floor while sitting
EG: ~6" at the base, ~5.25" at middle of shaft



hope to see them increase!!!! :D

well, tonight i did all of my workout except the last 100 wet jelqs, the 50 "kegel jelqs", and then the last 3 15 second heli shakes.
i was just very tired after a long, tough workout at the gym.

I do Taebo. I have done a lot of weights and aerobics and cardio and Taebo is the best. I set of two tapes cost me $40 at the store and I have used those two tapes over the last 2 years. No gym.Best investment ever. You can get really built from Taebo and very cut as well.

i did my routine today (Mon.). i did everything except for the last 30 "kegel" jelqs and the last 3 15 second heli-shakes.
while i was doing the "kegel" jelqs, i noticed that the middle of my shaft had gotten VERY hard, like, abnormally hard. so i just stopped so that i wouldn't do any damage, and did a longer than usual cool down.

Im taking a break now because of a plateu. It lets your dick totaly heal, and then you can start a new on a begginers routine after a few months. Be careful though, its easy to lose motivation and never restart PE'ing.

well guys, today is my last final and then i'm off to go back home for the summer. i wont be able to get on here and update this, so i wont be back for a few months.
but, here are my plans. continue my break for another 1-2 weeks, then start PE all over again.
many of you will doubt this, but i am fuilly confident that i will do this.

hey all! i'm finally back for school, and finally have everything all unpacked.
well, i have bad news! i never got around to starting up PE again this summer. i no, i no. i'm pissed at myself for it. so, i plan on starting again here in about 2 months. so, i will be back in here more often!

I'm in a similar position, I haven't PE'd for many months now and I'm waiting until the start of October to restart, this is mostly due to my living arrangements changing at that time and being able to get more time and space to PE.

well, the reason that i'm going to wait is because i'm a weight lifter, and i'm currently on a cycle of a particular supplement. it's a Nitric Oxide supplement. actually, it is supposed to increase the diameter of your blood veins/vessels. so actually, it wouldn't hurt to be PE'ing while taking this.
so, i shall start in the next week. hahah

I am taking one. You can feel it working so well through out your entire body. Its amazing. The PE feels more complete too. Side effect from it is constant boners. Not that thats bad!:wink:

well guys, i'm back. i just need some motivation, and more importantly, an opportunity to begin PE'ing again. i live in an apartment with another guy this year, so it's pretty tough to get an opportunity to PE. last year was much easier in the dorms because we had big communal showers that we secioned off...so basically a private shower.
so, i need some ideas, some help guys!!
