Well I have been PE'ng since Oct. 15th so I decided I would post a diary to keep up will my progress. I will try to update it once a month. I have not yet measured yet since I started, because I wanted to wait till 2 months were up before I measured so that I would not be as likely to be disappointed and give up.
Starting Stats:
Flaccid Length: 4 3/4" BP
Flaccid Girth: 4"
Erect Lenght: 6 3/8" BPEL
Erect Girth: 4 5/8"
Goals:
Erect Lenght: 8" BPEL
Erect girth: 6"
I hope these are not to lofty
My current Routine:
1: 5-10 min. hot wrap warm up
2: 5 min. stretches in all directions
3: 15 sec. helishakes
4: 4 sets of 50 4 sec wet jelqs with 10 sec helis in between
5: 100 1-2 sec wet jelqs.
6: 10 min. hot shower to warm down
I have been doing these every other day with the exception of taking every other weekend off (due to work)
Plus I do kegals everyday. I have also been taking L-Arginine since the middle of November.
Just a Few more days and I take my first new measurements, wish me luck.
Just looking it seems to already grown in length and girth.
10-15-2005 Measurements:
BPEL: 6 3/8"
EG: 4 5/8"
12-15-2005 Measurements:
BPEL: 6 1/2" :(
EG: 4 5/8" :(
12-22-2005 Measurements:
BPEL: 6 5/8" :)
EG: 4 5/8" :(
02-15-2006 Measurements:
BPEL: 6 7/8"
EG: 4 3/4"

Hey HoneyB, I've started recently too and have been using a routine pretty similar to yours. How have you found it over the last couple of months? Have you changed/developed the routine over that time? Noticed any changes at all? Also how frequently are you doing the routine?

Hey Axlerod, I just read some of the other guys routines and just developed my own routine. To me it seems to be working, I will just wait till tommorow for my measuring day and let you know for sure.
Here are the days I do my routine:
Sun: Off
Mon: On
Tues: Off
Wed: On
Thurs: Off
Fri: On
Sat: Off
Sun: On
Mon: Off
Tues: On
Wed: Off
Thur: On
Fri: Off
Sat: Off
This is a recurring 2 week cycle. 3 days off every other weekend due to work.

I just got through measuring and here are the results:
BPEL: 6 1/2" :(
EG: 4 5/8" :(
So for the 2 months that I have been PE'ing I have gained a total of
1/8" in erect length and none in girth. Just looking at my dick while I
was PE'ing it seeme to be large and gaining. This is a bummer, I thought
I would have gained more.
I did not miss a session during the whole time. Do you think the 3 days
off every other weekend is the problem? Or maybe I should change to
5 days on 2 days off, 4 days on 3 days off. O should I just stick to the
same routine I am doing now and just remeasure in another month?

Honey, How many days have you rested before you took your measurments todays. Just wondering is all.

I had about 24 hours rest, since this is my off day.

HoneyB, that's not long enough you need to rest at least a week or so to give your penis a chance to heal, remember right now your penis is probably swollen from your exercises. there were times where at my few months of P'eing and i would measure the nexted days or two and it would be the same no gains then i waited another week and the gains were there. :cool

Hey at least you gained. More will come my friend. Just keep at this routine and see how it goes. If nothing happens, switch it the next month.

Your routine is solid. Stick with it.
But Clockers is right- you should measure at the time furthest from your last PE session. I do MWF, so any measurements I do come on Sunday night to help ensure that my dick has had the maximum amount of rest before measuring. My update will be soon, but I remember after measuring last month, I measured again directly after a session (within the week after measuring) and I was a little bit smaller!
So don't read into a measurement if your penis hasn't gotten a proper rest.

Firstly congrats HoneyB! You got gains and ALL gains are good. I also think you should consider re-measuring after a couple of days rest. Make sure it's at its maximum hardness too!

i can absolutely relate honeyb, but i think ultimately if it feels bigger to you, then thats all you should care about, its what keeps me psyched. besides as much as it would kick ass we know this isn't a two month fix, we're in it for the long haul! next year this time we're going to have to beat the women off with our gigantic phalluses. WHAM! theres too many of them!!! ZONK! BLAMMO!

Thanks guys for all the encouraging words. I did not know that I need to wait a
few days before I was to measure. I wil skip a session and remeasure on Sunday. I will let you know the results then.

I hope that your gains are better than what you posted. You really do have a solid routine and it would suck to have you think that this doesn't work or something because you're not making great gains.
Just remember, everyone gains differently. Some people see little for 2-3 months, then start getting great gains. I don't think anyone who's stuck with this for 6 months has seen no noticable gains. It does work.

Well I had plans on updating this a few days ago, but I came down with the
Flu and needless to say I could barely manage to off the couch much less
PE'ing and remeasuring.
Now that I have regained a little strength and motivation I finally got to
remeasure today. It has been a week since I have PE'ed so I guess I am due
for a break anways (whether I wanted to or not). :evil:
Well anyways Here are the results.
BPEL: 6 5/8" :)
Girth: 4 5/8" :(
Well that gives me another 1/8" in length for a total of 1/4" for the 2 plus
months of PE'ing. That makes me feel some better. I guess I could have
got another 1/16" out of it by really pressing hard but it just felt like
cheating. I was satisfied with what I got.
Well I am going to start my PE'ing again tommorow, so maybe my gains will
pickup a little faster. So wish me luck on my ongoing venture.

I was just posting my new measurements that I took a few days ago. I just
now had time to post them. Well I am still gaining, but I kind of slowed down
a little, as I have missed a few sessions here and there. My motivation is not
a good as it was when I started. But I do not plan on quitting any time soon.
At the start of my fourth month of PE'ing I started doing a couple of 30 sec.
holds during my jelqing sessions, that may have contributed to my tiny
girth gains. Other than that I am pretty much on the same routine as I
started with. Does any one think that I should change anything in my routine
are maybe up my wet jelqs?
Well after four months of PE'ing I have gained a 1/2" in BPEL and 1/8" in EG.
Not too bad but I was expecting a little more, I will however take anything I
can get, LOL.

It looks like you're making solid and steady gains in the length department. I hope the addition of holds will help get you some more girth gains.
