For those of you who are members at PA would you say that it was worth the $50? I'm just a poor student so I want to make sure its worth it. They garuntee a 1-4 inch gain in 6-months or your money back after doing PE for just six minutes a day, it sounds a little too good to be true to me. Thanks for your replies!

I'm not a member of PA so I can't help you with that side of things, but as a fellow poor student I'd say there is more than enough (free) information available to you here to create a good PE routine.

If you're really strapped for cash I'd advise against it and even if you think you'd probably be ok paying, consider trying the routines here out first. After all, why throw money away when you could get gains for free?

Like I said, I'm not a member of PA and from what I've heard it's fairly good, but I just thought I'd offer my point of view. Hope it helps. :)

I am a member and I think it is worth it. It is a one off fee and they are constantly updating their site. I use their techniques which I have varied slightly from reading these forums. It feels like it is working for me although I won't know for another two weeks when I measure.

They have loads of different work outs and other info. If you are a poor student, then obviously these free forums are the way to go. As you will see from reading various threads, most people gain from these forums

while PA may be beneficial for some, I personally paid the $50 and spend all my time here heh. As far as them updating their content, thats a load of crap. They update their ad's and put up new things u can "buy" but as far as content its the same.

I spend all my PE related time here too. I check out the PA site every once in a while. The amount of info on these forums is overwhelming and can confuse but there is a thread that categorises the different techniques and work out routines, so I suppose these forums are the way to go.

Personally, the fact that I spent the $50 help me because it's an affirmation of my commitment. Then again, each to their own. http://www.geocities.com/the_general.rm/00000001.gif

Thanks for the replies guys. Looks like I'll be staying with CC! I guess the fact that they say six minutes a day for gains kinda made me a little randy but I'd rather go a half hour and become huge.

git, you can implement warm ups and downs into other routines such as brushing teeth and showering. The rest of the work out you cold do in 15 mins.
