Hey all, I've been reading CC for a little over a year now, and of course; I've tried PE and got dismayed by the lack of gains. Well I'm starting afresh hopeing to be large and in charge so I can be porkin the Southern Belles in college next year :lol: Please critique my routine as best you can to help me see the best gains, I'm going to do either this or Godma's routine but I can't really make up my mind. Thanks in advance guys, you've all been inspirational and hopefully I'll get the gains that a lot of you have already seen. Btw, I leave for college mid-August so it would be optimum if I could get to perhaps 7x5.5 by then.

BP EL - 5.75 in
EG - 4.75 (need to get this up)
Flaccid - Don't really care yet

5 on, 2 off

Alternate between
Day 1
Warm-Up
30 Seconds Heli-Shakes
15-20 Minutes Slow and Intense Wet Jelqs
30 Seconds Heli-Shakes
Light Stretch Each Direction (20 Seconds Each way)
30 Seconds Heli-Shakes
Cool Down

Days 2
Warm-up
30 Seconds Heli-Shakes
100 Dry Jelqs
5 Minute Streches Each Direction
25 Dry Jelqs
30 Seconds Heli-Shakes
5 30second 90% Erect Holds
Light 20 Second Strech

Hopefully this accompanied by a Kegel routine (which I would love it if someone could recommend a good routine) will help me accomplish 7x 5.5 by the end of summer, I know it's ambitious, but I'm ready to work!

Ambition and dedication are good, but don't push yourself too hard and try not to get your hopes up too much.

Your routine looks fine since you've already been PE'ing for a while and as for the Kegels, you don't really need a 'routine' as such. Personally, I just do 200 in one go on my PE nights just before bed, but you can split them up and do them throughout the day or whatever really. Just don't go too crazy with them, your PC muscle needs time to rest and recuperate too.

Your goals look tough, but potentially reachable. Welcome to CC and good luck! :D

Hey thanks for the reply man. I've heard all the warnings about overtraining but after weightraining for about three years now I've found that its still important to push yourself and nothing comes easy. I know the gains are ambitious but I had a friend who did that and more in about 3 months last year. I really think it can be done if I just dedicate myself.

Also, after doing holds last night I had an epiphany, they are the sweetest PE exercise known to man. My whang gored to at least 1.5 extra inches in girth (I was 95% erect, I squeezed at the base of my head and at the base of my penis then started a few kegels and watched it grow.)

I love hold too. I am doing them at around 95% and it feels fine but I am going to reduce it to 80% just incase. The workout doesn't happen at full erection, or so I'm told :D

I think you should do more than 20 wet jelqs. It would make sense to do at least 100 (80 fast and light with some variations, and 20 slow and intense, if you really want to put in those intense jelqs).

Whoops, I meant to say 15-20 minutes of slow and intense jelqs. I have big aspirations so I definitely know I need more than 20 :roll:

much better. I think you should be confident your penis can handle 20mins of intense jelqs before you start to go hardcore into that routine. Otherwise you may cause some serious damage.

I appreciate the concern. I think that I definitely can handle it, although after a lot of reading, I'm strongly considering doing 30 minutes of non-stop jelqing (with warm-up) 5 days a week. I've read this is not only the most tride and true PE routine, but it is also what the Arabian's who started PE did for a year upon manhood.

I agree on both points. I think kegelling is the best exercise you can do though as it teaches you how to push blood into you penis with a muscle contraction and hold it there which allows you to ejaculate at will and have rock hard erections. I think kegelling is helping my penis enlargement.
