Some of you guys know more about a lot of members who have had gains over the longrun, but what is the average you think over about 5 years?

I don't know anyone who's PE'd continously for 5 years. 90% can barely manage a month.

I think 5 years would be when almost everyone would max out all gains. I defintely could do P.E for 5 or 10 years, maybe for the rest of my life. I LOVE it now, even more then bodybuilding!!!!

I don't think we'll ever really know. Do you realize how long 5 years is? Just think about where you were 5 uears ago and how much you've lived during that time.
As Spike said, most people can't even do a month consistently. Those who can do it over the longer term do see gains, but I've got to believe that after a while each month's gain isn't worth as much to you. When you start out at 6 inches, gaining an inch is great news! But once you get up to 8, I'm sure you begin questioning whether another 5 months or whatever of PEing is really worth another inch when you're already considered big. Even if you started off small in size and just got to average would probably soothing enough for most people.
If you really intend to go for 5 years, more power to you. I'll be happy when I get to 8" (just .8" to go!), and continue on until I lose the desire to PE.

I know how long 5 years are, when I started working with weights, almost 4 years ago, I made a commitment, Ive take a month off here and there due t injuries or economics or something, but I feel I'l be doing this for at least 5 years I don't know I might do it occasionally for the rest of my life. I think it gives me awesome erections. Ilike it.

Over 5 years the average potato brain will spend 10,000+ hours gawping at the TV with absolutely nothing to show for their endevours.

Whereas, enlightened people like us will spent all that time visiting CC and PE'ing

I think the older I get(yeah I know I'm not that old, but I philosophize a lot since I don't have anything else to do) the more I realize life is Not a destination, but a journey, except for P.E!!!! ;) . The more I concentrate on Living for the now, the more happier I feel. Sure you need goals, but being too goal orientated is a bad thing, but having no goals is bad too.

I don't think the comparison with body building/exercising is fair at all. Sure, you can develop bigger muscles to be able to lift more things in your daily life, but there are numerous other health benefits that come with it. These benefits go away when you stop working out.
But really, if you are 10", how much of a difference in your life will it make to get a 12 incher? Is it worth another year of PEing? Probably not, and stopping does not mean you have to give up your gains like exercise.
Like I said, more power to you if you want to do it, but I think after you hit a size where you feel big, it will be far less of an imperative to keep going. Kegels should be done daily, if you enjoy that "rock-hard" feeling though. But since they can be done anywhere, I think this is far more feasible to keep up with.

I do understand what you're saying Officespace. I thought I'd feel big when I reached 7''. The fact is I still want to keep going. PE'ing (for me at least) becomes a bit of an addiction. Luckily I have CC here to keep me motivated and to keep the fun in PE'ing. If you reach your goals and are happy with them then it has all been worth while. But even if you aren't satisfied and want to carry on, at least PE'ing gives you something to do with your time. Like Spkie said, you'd only be wating that time watching TV and not achieving anything. So I guess PE has different roles in different people's lives. It's all about finding what works for you

It's more then size to me, I have stronger erections, I do not like kegels as they are annoying.

But kegels are the key to having stronger erections.

I have gotten rock hard ones since starting P.E I'd only do kegels if my dick got so big it started having trouble staying erect.

Too true about being 7". I see a lot of guys gunning for this, and I can honestly say that I wasn't happy, so I started up again.
But while PEing is a productive activity and all, I do think that there are better things you can do with your time if you feel like you've achieved an acceptable size.

I've been doing this PEing thing for a lil less than 2 months (not consistant) and I've gained .75 inches. Starting to do kegels now and it does make a difference =)

3/4 of an inch in 2 months is extremely good. Whats your routine?
Officespace2801

Yeah demon, that's really good. Is it just length/girth, or both combined? Even if it is combined, those are solid gains.

Sounds like you may have not been having "full" erections to start with. Good gains though man.

Thank you, I just do the newbie routine (I do length only, gonna start doing more holds).
I use a heat lamp aswell (highly recommend it)
10 minutes of just sitting there with the lamp
30 second stretches in each direction (twice)
15 minutes of wet jelqing
10 minutes cooldown with the lamp
I do the M-W-F routine (sometimes I skip fri. and do it on sat.)
I always do about 70-85% erection with the jelqing. I need to start doing this more consistant though :(
Also, need to start doing more kegeling. I'll probably do about 300-500 kegels every other day. Let me know if you guys need anything else :D

I have PE:ed about 5 years, lets say this is my 5th year.
I have gained lenght about 6 cm so far.
I started with penis pump it was year "93 I quess. (that was before internet! :D ) I pumped constantly about 2 - 2½ years, gained from 7,2 inches to 8 inches. I was satisfied to my size and pissed with a pump, also I did have no time or place to do it anymore so I stopped and forgot whole time consuming hobby.
Then 2 years back, I found CC and oter pe-sites and started again. Also my life was on that situation that I was able to arrange private time for my pe sessions. also this time I had lots of new information, thanks to you guys here at the CC.
Now I am targeting to 10 inches! There is only ½ inch to go :cool
Will I stop when I reach that target.
I think this is already ginda life time hobby to me.
When I started again 2 years ago, I got back my morning wood and hard erections that I used to have when I was about 20.
I,m 44 now and I know that impotence is more or less common in my age group.
I would PE instead of eating V***ra or other pills

I've had harder erections before my PE than what I do now (although that's gonna change soon after I'm done with my kegel exercises. Basically I want that muscle to be as big as arnold scwarchaneggar's arm! :D)

Ok, it's just that a lot of the time when people start doing PE the addition of kegels makes their erections really full...plus a gain of 3/4 of an inch is really big really fast.
Good deal though, sounds like you have some nice loose ligs to have gained so quickly. Hopefully that will translate into continued success for ya.

ahhh but you did pumping which is lousy and then took a big break. I was curious for those who have done 5+ years continuously with NO significant breaks. Good to hear though your erection are good at 44, usually the people with those problems aren't as healthy at your age as they should be to be having problems at only 44(cause 44 isn't that old really :) )

Yes I did and did not :? I mean when I was 40 I had to bush more for an erection. I had to be sexually exited to get it. Sometimes I lost it if I was drunk or had to use a condom etc.
But right after I started to PE again My morning erections came back, my penis was semi erect with out a reason many hours in a day, When mistress of mine phoned me, I got erection :D - im just more erected :D
I just love that feeling.
Earlier when I ejaculated, I was not able to have more sex in hours but now I´m able to shoot 3-4 times and fuck many hours in a row.
