hey i was just wondering if u and any other people ever tried that super exercise theory where u pe 6-12 times a day for 15 minutes to shock your body
if so was it effective

Nope but i heard of someone in the old forums stretching for every hour for like a whole day. Not too sure of the exact details or results, maybe you should check the old forums.

I haven't tried it either but I'm not sure if I like the sound of it personally.
