man i havent PE'd in so dam long prlly like 4 months or so i dont know why i think i have lack of motivation even though i want a bigger one obviousley, i think its cuz a while ago i did a good solid month and gained nothing so i forogt what its like to gain in over a year but ive been really inconsitent. I want to start again soon someone give me a good routine please probably more intense then a newbie routine but nothing crazy since ive been off for so much time, i need to gain to get motivation back cuz i know once i start gaining ill be hooked again its jus i havent seen the dam measurement go up in so long prlly actualyl went down a lil if i dont smash the ruler into my groin to do bpel.
Good routine please lol.

the IR lamp is your good friend. everyday, even if you miss a session give it a good 10-15+ minutes under the lamp and feel the pump.

Good streches, slow movement jelqs and hard intense holds will get you there ownd. Or though you are old, I think your main concern will be getting it up and keeping it up :lol: :wink: Better than wern (100) :shock:
