How big's your girth? Whats your routine? Have you got any goals you want to reach?

hey shane
i havent measured my girth yet but my routine is something like this
5 min warmups
streches in all directions for about 5 minutes
helishakes between streches
100 dry jelgs
150-200 wet jelgs followed by 200 kagels
5-10 minute warmdown

Your Routine looks good other then to many dry jelgs for now drop them down to about 35 or so then as you get more time in with your exercises then add some more!! :cool

Good stuff outo, i agree with clockers though, drop the dry jelqs for now. Good luck with the gains!
