Could someone explain to me when doing a wet jelq, how is this supposed to gain in girth? Ok, let me explain.Your supposed to wet jelq from what i gather 50%-70% of your erect length by moving the blood around, but your really not expanding it beyond your 100% erect girth, isnt this correct? So how can u gain in girth?

With a dry jelq, I can see that..your already at your highest point and now putting more stress(blood) around the penis and expanding it.

Did I get these two mixed up? like wet J'ing isnt for girth and maybe just for conditioning or something?

Not sure if I explained this well enough or not but could someone enlighten me...thnx

Wet Jelq= length
Dry Jelq/Hold= girth

voila.

Whoever said you do wet jelqs for girth is not really right, but sort of. The main focus is on length although some people do gain girth. I would say that people who do probably do a hard kegel and hold it while they wet jelq...that is my guess. It's still just chambers filling and expanding, so you could see some gains I suppose.

Most of the pressure targets to the small area between the filled shaft and the ok-grip, and that's where the growth happens.

When we first start PE it is not uncommon to see girth gains from wet j. This is probably due to the stress and strains of starting PE. i think that afterwards the penis gets used to the excercises and girth gains stop. Then you have to do targeted girth exercises to continue the growth.

When thinking about a blood chamber that stretches lengthwise giving it sort of an "oval shape", in my opinion it can't hold that shape when filled up with blood (with pressure), it should be more like an egg shape or similar. That's the reason why we can stretch the shaft longer than our erect length (when properly warmed up). Damn, I find it difficult to explain... did that make any sense?

It makes perfect sense ... in a confusing way.

Wet Jelq= length
Dry Jelq/Hold= girth

voila.

So if you want to gain only in girth, then you shouldn´t do wet jelqs at all?

Why would you only want to gain in girth?

Coz maybe he have a long penis but not thick enough....

That's right. So...should I skip the wet jelqs then?

If youve been PE'ing for a couple of months and feel that your penis is conditioned enough you could probably just do a routine that consisted of an extra long warmup and holds.

If you havent got a few months under your belt, maybe a warmup and dry jelqs. If you truly want no more length, then wet jelqs do seem pointless.

I would suggest doing at least a few jelqs during/after the warmup before doing holds, they "loosen up" the tissue and prepares it better for the straining holds. Jumping directly to holds without any kind of massage or jelqing can easily lead to injuries.

I've always found that doing some stretches after the warm-up is the best way to ease-in to the harder exercises. I would never just go from a warm-up straight to holds. Injuries aside, I just find that I get a better feeling from the more advanced exercises if I do it this way.

"A few jelqs", is that wet jelqs or dry?

I believe he meant wet.

Yeah, wets. They are like massage to the tissue, that's why.

Girth is difficult to get. Ask anyone. Don't be surprised that if you do girth only that you gain in length. I remember reading a members diary, where he targeted length and gained almost 1/2 inch girth in a month. PE is funny like that.
