Hi upperandcummer,

Welcome to CC. Nice starting stats, especially the girth. While your goals are possible, 1.25" in 16 weeks is a little unlikely. Some people have gained more quickly, but the vast majority of people can expect to gain an inch in 6-12 months. Im not trying to bring you down, I just dont want you to be disappointed if the gains dont come as quickly as you might have hoped.

Have you decided on a routine yet? Good luck.

1.25 inches in that time frame is very possible because you gain the most when you very first start out. Make sure to do your stretches :D

For the first four weeks, this will be my routine. I got it from combining some information from penisadvantage.com as well as from all of the other journals in this forum. Tell me what you think! Most of this is from a guide that I printed off a little while ago from this site, but can't remember the fellow's name that used it. Unfortunately, I only did it once . :cry:

1 Warm-up/massage in HOT shower + 25 PC contractions ==== 5 min.
2 10 second Helicopter into 1 minute stretch (X 5 directions) ==== 6 min.
3 30 wet jelqs @ 3 seconds each ==== 2 min.
4 Slap dick against each leg 30 times ==== 1 min.
5 50 Jelq/Stretch Combos @ 6 seconds each ==== 5 min.
6 30 second Helicopter ==== 1/2 min.
7 250 wet jelqs @ 3 seconds each ==== 12 min.
8 Slap dick against each leg 30 times ==== 1 min.
9 10 second Helicopter into 1 minute stretch (X3 directons) ==== 4 min.
10 Cool-Down/massage in HOT shower + 50 PC contractions ==== 10 min.

This should take between 35-40 minutes not including the cool-down shower. I plan on using vaseline as a lubricant. Thoughts?

I also plan to do 100 PC contractions at 5 points throughout the day.

Well, enough talking, time to start PE'in!!!! :D

Well, to give my opinion about Your routine I need to know these things: how long have You been PE'ing and how many times weekly are You planning to do that?

Oh, and welcome to the boards, Sir! :D

I was planning on doing this 5 times a week, and then light workouts the two other days. I have PE'd before, but I just haven't done it consistently, never long enough to see any results.

That sounds like way too much for a beginner! Healing time is just as essential as PE'ing itself. You can't train the same muscle seven days every week at the gym either, and the same rule applies to Your dick too! Well, it isn't a muscle, but the mechanisms of tissue healing are about the same. If You want to PE five days in a row, You'll have to ease up with the intensity. Even a normal routine that many more experienced PE'ers are using can be major overtraining to a beginner. You must start out very easy and build up the intensity slowly, give Your dick time to adjust to the strain.

I'd advice You to read this (http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=22).

...and then strongly consider starting with this (http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=31) routine.

...and do Your homework here (http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=21).

We have loads of experience about PE'ing here so I'd strongly suggest reading those, no point in making the same mistakes as many others have done. Of course You can go on with Your routine, it is always difficult to know how intense it really is (depends on Your PE technique), but at least "on paper" that seems like too much for a beginner.
