Warm Up - 5 Min
150 dry jelps at middle and head
30 sec holds- 15 minutes
Streching - 5 minutes(all ways)
100 kegels
Streching 5 minutes(all ways)
300 slow Wet Jelps
Streching - 5 minutes (all ways)
Finish off with 100 kegels
Warm down - 5 min
What do you guys think??? :wink:

Holds can be dangerous as they temporarily restrict blood flow. Trapping blood for too long a time causes toxins to build up and that can lead to gangrene. After a hold you should wait a while to let all the blood in the penis be replaced (circulated).
A suggestion;
Maybe you could spread the holds out through the other exercises. Ie
Warmup
30s HOLD + slap penis against leg or massage for recirculation
150 dry jelps at middle and head
30s HOLD + slap penis against leg or massage for recirculation
Streching - 5 minutes(all ways)
30s HOLD + slap penis against leg or massage for recirculation
100 kegels
30s HOLD + slap penis against leg or massage for recirculation
Streching 5 minutes(all ways)
30s HOLD + slap penis against leg or massage for recirculation
100 slow Wet Jelps
30s HOLD+ slap penis against leg or massage for recirculation
100 slow Wet Jelps
30s HOLD+ slap penis against leg or massage for recirculation

30s HOLD+ slap penis against leg or massage for recirculation

I'm gonna go against the grain here, and say I think it looks fine, and you may as well try it and see what happens....but with those holds, how many 30 second holds are you doing in that 15 minute time frame? I'd say more than 8 or 10 in a session is too much.

It's a lot, but I dont think it's too much per say. If youre not all that experienced with holds, then yeah, its too much. Otherwise I dont see it being a big problem.
