My first post :mrgreen

As im sure most people do, they just read the forum and dont post but ive decided to register as I need some advice. First of all, hello to everyone, great forum :cheeky:

Ive been PE'ing now for about 6 weeks and im not seeing any gains :x

I do one day on, one day off etc....

Warm up
30secs stretching
200 wet jelks
JAI stretches 3x15
Warm down

Im really after length first as my girth is ok. Could any of the gainers please tell me the best exercises for length and how often to do them or any other advice would be great!

Thanks

A :cool

Stretching and wet jelqs are best for length. When you said 30secs stretching did you mean 30 seconds in each direction (repeated a few times) or just 30 seconds worth of stretches altogether?

30 secs in each direction.

So does my plan seem ok? I guess some people just take a while to see gains?

The routine seems OK. Stick with it for another few weeks. Maybe then if it still doesn't work then maybe have a look in the diaries section and pick one of the routines there. For for now just keep doing this routine every other day and results will come eventually

Anthony, I'm in the same boat. I posted a similar thread recently. I started PE in August. I noticed about a half inch gain in length and then nothing. I'm wondering if there is some hump we have to get over before the results really kick in. I read somewhere on an old post that someone saw no gains for 6 months and then the growth kicked in. I recall it was someone who'd been doing PE for well over a year and added about 2 inches to their length.

Can anyone else corroborate this or has had a similar experience?

Perhaps you guys should follow Tpros newbie routine. Its usually a good place to start. 30 sec stretches in all directions is not enough. If you want to see results you are going to have to follow the basics to the letter. Only a few lucky ones have gained using a minimilistic routine.

I've been doing stretches in all directions for 5 minutes. I've been following everyone's routine fairly well. I don't actually count all the jelqs, but the whole process (not including the warm-up) takes half an hour. That's a lot of jelqs and stretching.

Six weeks or three months is nothing really. I gained very little in my first three months.

Some don't see gains immediately, and some gain fast. I was one of the lucky ones who gained on the first week, but for example "Superbeast" saw first gains after six months if I remember correctly. Everyone can gain.
