It is not that restrictive. I do put mine on at home before driving to work. I also stop at the store before getting to work. I typical wear it for 1 hour at a time with a half hour break. You can not do heavy physical work with it on. I have a desk job. Walking is not problem. Bending down is a bit trickey. Some users wear it downward. I wear it at 45 degree upward at the crease of my leg and is just below the belt line. I pull my shirt out a bit to cover it up. Typically for the 1st 45 minutes I don't even realize it is on. I have the FastSize set to 1/2 to 3/4 inches past my erect state length. There are springs that get compressed and do the streaching. There are parts enough to increase length to 9+ inches. Minimum length is about 4 inches.

This was the least expensive I found at the time. If I was to buy one today it would be a similar product that comes with other PE aplicable stuff at the same price. The nice case is also a waste and if the price could lower without it, it would be better.

regarding traction devices, I own one, have had it for 4 months. Noticed a slight gain in flaccid length. In my opinion, PE is more effective when done right (as in, staying 50% hard at least when doing jelques). I paid 300 bucks for mine:). No regrets though, it could come in handy. Maybe in the healing process.

just a little thing, since everyone here seems to have missed it:

there's no law against using manual pe AND the device.

my suggestion is that a combo is most effective.

as for comfort. it's takes just a second to adjust the lenght of the axis. therefore, if you're going for a walk or whatever, you just make the axis shorter (less strech) and you'll be just fine doing pretty much anytning (it won't be as effective, but the penis will surely get a better strech than if you do nothing). later when you're just gonna be chillin anyway, you can easily increase the strech.
