Hmmmmm.........sooooo, a new forum, nice! Luckily I found my old postings back ;-)
I kept it a bit shorter this time to give it a better overview:

Location: Holland
Age: 28


Started with (19. Dec 2004):

EL (BP): 5.91“
EG: 5“

What I would like to see is:

EL: 7“
EG: 5.5“

Updates:

(22. Jan 2005)

EL (BP): 6.23"
EG: 5.13"

My routine as it is today:

I don’t really do a lot of different parts in my routine. Just lately I included stretching in the beginning of my workout. I basically do this:

- 5 minutes warm up (shower)
- ~ 3-5 minutes stretching in all 4 directions
- 30 minutes of wet jelqing at various erection %-ages
- 5 minutes warm down (shower)
- 300-500 kegels throughout the day.

Frequency:

Usually I did it 1 day on and 1 day off but I just changed back to 4 on and 3 off. Bobo gave me the advice to keep a m-w-f schedule but I don't have the feeling that this is as effective as the intense schedule was and so I decided to just add 1 day within the week changing to m-t-t-f.

Yeah, that is excellent growth for just one month. Please elaborate what you mean by "various erection %-ages."

That means that I don't really jelq at the same erection percentage. Sometimes I'm close to 100%, another time a bit less in the 80's %. I tend to jelq on harder erections though. Just feels more effective for me :)

nice progress. good luck with your future gains. Maybe you should throw in some stretches into warm up in shower?

Hello I am new. Those are awsome gains for one month by the way. I am not sure about one thing though, forgive me in my newbness but I noticed you said you stretch in all 4 directions. Do you not stretch straight out, and if so is there an advantage to this I am not aware of? :?

Hm.......I sometimes also do straight forward stretches but mostly left and right ones to correct the slight left curve I have (nearly gone). I don't think that it makes such a big difference if you do all 5 possible directions or only left and right or whatever. Most important thing is that you are persistant with what you do (AND do the warm up and down!! VERY important!). keep at it and you will have positive effects on your dick's growth. You just need to find out by yourself which routine is best for you. Personally I prefer wet jelqs only because I'm too lazy to first do this and that and then something else. After each workout I feel that I worked it correctly since it is all swollen and red (not painful or any other discomforting feeling).

I actually do stretches during the warm down period (shower) but not always. Thanks for pointing this tiny detail out again since I didn't do them for a while. Will start again in my next workout tomorrow...

Hi guys,

It's been a while since I visited the forums! After being on and off a daily routine I guess my last stats slightly changed. Though I have to say that I can see a lot more girth lately.

Here are my beginning stats (19. Dec 2004):

EL (BP): 5.91“
EG: 5“

I still need to measure to see if I gained but as far as I can tell I gained both in length and girth.
Update will follow tomorrow or during the weekend.

Oh yes, before I forget it (Better late than never...): Happy New Year everybody!
