Unless you're a professional bodybuilder I don't see the point in taking that supplement. The average 3 times a week gym goer is wasting time and money with that. Listen to Spike, he be the wise one.

I dunno. It has more to offer than NO2. I took BSN Nitrixfor a while and my arms were pumped. You cant really tell in my pics but im fairly well built. I have pics of my arms and abs and such. If i find them i will post them some time.But the Nitrix did what it said and i will deffinately get more of it or some GAKIC soon.

Not completely. It still is nice and pumped in my arms, but while i was taking it regularly, it felt like my muscles were going to rip through my skin. I also today found a friend who is taking GAKIC and he loves it. He was the one that got me into Nitrix and said this stuff is far better. He said he can feel the strenght increases and doesnt feel nearly as fatigued. He is still taking his nitrix and he looks ripped as hell.

I actually reccomend that you don't take much of these body building supplements and powder but rather eat healthy natural foods because your digestive system will screw up if all you eat is powder products.

They're "supplements", not something to replace food with. Combined with healthy food they can speed up things, not risky at all if You know what to take and obey the recommended dosages.

hah spike it is in my mind, about 23 bucks. Actually its a training system for those involved with martial arts, paval trained russian special forces in the soviet days. all you need is a olympic weight set and a bench, ive got all kinds of stuff right now

The GAKIC is on bodybuilding.com for 50 bucks. Its only a prework out supp. The Nitrix is a 3 times a day deal. Man talk about erections, that stuff gives you some awesome boners. My favorite protein powder is N-LARGE2. I highly reccomend it.
