Just measured because i was curious about where i was and if i lost some, turns out i did lose some gains but its ok im sure they will come back quite easily.

Its been almost 7 months since last measure and a commited routine so thats not a dramitc loss. Here we Go! i will keep it updated.

The routine i think ill be using will be a rather simple one because my dick is not used PE right now so i have a feeling i might gain like a newbie. So im going to do Less is More. What im thinking is
Shower Warm Up
15 Sec Stretches X2 Each Direction
20 Sec Helis
200 Jelqs (Helis for 15 sec at Every 50)
20 Sec Helis
Warm Down Shower

Also i do a few holds through out the day and of coarse the infamous kegals.

Started my routine yesterday and just did helis with 100 jelqs and i got redspots so my dick is very sensative so i dont think it will take much to cause it to gain. I feel like im a newb lol.

Hmm not sure mabie just some people gain more in girth, but if i have to say something id say the quality of my wet jelqs? i do them on everyone so i can feel the blood sitting in there and i hold the blood there for about a second then start over. So its like a jelq mini hold. Mabie that did something.I lost .2 in girth in 8 months of no PE, im sure it will come back soon

great so its all down to technique. I think we need to focus more on technique of the fundamental exercises rather than on finding new exercises.

I agree it's definitely down to the quality of the exercises as opposed to the quantity - but I think it's also important to find exercises that you enjoy and actually like doing - if you're having fun then that's half the battle! :lol:

i do the wet jelqs with kegel holds too ( is that what you were talking about Ownds?) i also do dry jelqs that way, but with my other hand i do a straight stretch. it feels like it promotes expansion of the tissue. i don't know if this is a new exercise or not, to me it just feels like the a more effective way to jelq.

Jus an update im actually doing good on my PE for once usually doin MWF and some days in between, the only thing i want to change is that im PEing to the piont of redspots to much and last night i got a rather large one but is healing. Hopefully ill get some good results in a bit. Pce guys. :D :lol: Also gotta up the stretches because i have been relying souly on wet jelqs so if i gain this month it can be attributed to manily wet jelqs.

i get an erection at about 90 percent and then jelq till it goes to around 50 then i try to get it back to 90 so on average id say around 70 ish. But i always work it from hard to softer as you can see.

UPDATE-

Alright some weird measurements i was actually not expecting and gains at all, what i think what happened was my penis just went back to where i left off kind of. So i gained about .2 in length which is good i guess but wtf in girth i lost more i dont know whats happening there. My routine was mainly wet jelqs 200, helis, usually mwf. very little stretches.

When you stretch too much it can happen. The density of the penis doesn't change, only she shape changes. If you get what I mean.

Just measured BP im basicly at 6 bp if not 6 then like 5.9 lol. I was to lazy to measure girth but i think its around the same. Next goal is 6.5 ive actually been pretty dedicated this time been doin M-W-F almost not missin to many dayz. Only thing now is i gotta up the time of pe ive been doin

Now to break the 6 inch mark i think its gonna take more so ima move up slowly

Im just curious as to how much i can gain in a 2 week period. So i am going to do a m-f routine for 2 weeks not missing one work out and being very commited. Basicly a picture perfect routin for me that is. Just curious. I havent been pe'ing that much so this will be a new start. I want to see if i can get .25 of an inch. Lets see.

Impossible to answer such question, too many variables. 0,25" would be excellent gains, and more than that almost impossible. You may get that 0,25" if You haven't been PE'ing for a while, but it isn't permanent yet, just the tissue "giving up" on the strain. The only way to know is by measuring... don't get too disappointed if You see no gains yet because that's much more likely than the amazing 0,25" gain. Good luck, Sir!

My 2 week sprint is going good, i jacked off yesterday that is the only discrepancy i can complain about lol. Ive been doing a lot of dry jelqs in the day and at night like 300 jelqs or some stretches. Im being consistent lets see how much i gain. If nothing then ill just turn it into a 1 month sprint lol.

i havent measured in a LONG time so i dont know if my gains are from these 2 weeks alone but im happy finally over the 6 inch mark i measured in right now at 6.25 by 5 inches you can check out the first page to compare. i dont know what to say about the loss in girth except mabie i measured wrong a long time ago with the 5.5 measurement but who knows. This is the first gains ive seen in a while so im gonna for SURE remain very consistent. :lol: :D :lol:

just measured afer 2 weeks since last measure and im at exact same stats as 2 weeks ago which is 6.25 by 5 i mean mabie i gained like.05 or something very small but not enough to say for sure. So all in all this month i gained .25 or somewhere around ther ethis month. Im gonna step up the routine now a bit more intense and start doing holds more.

just measured after a bit, i dont know but for me its realy hard to see wehre the tiop of my dick ends on the ruler like its a bit deceiving because the tip of the dick slopes down a bit, so it gives a lil more length then you mite think, but i think im rite around 6.375 now last month was 6.25 but its really hard to tell it mite just be me giving myself a bit of extra length there, im not convinced 100 percent sure i gaiend that, my girth staye exactly the same which im shocked because i thought i gained a lot of girht with the warholds and all the holds ive been doing guess, not. im at 5 girth

Just measured in a few days ago at exact same stats of 6.3 x 5.1, so im basicly letting it rest, i orderederd my penis strecher wihich should get here in 2 weeks or so, and that is when i will restart to give my penis a good rest before the hard core work outs. Im gonna be doing the Stretcher, along side my holds, war holds, and 300 jelqs MWF, with stretcher every day.

alright after about a month and half of a break from 2 months on im BACK again so here we go but this time im armed with something DEADLY the coveted PENIS STRETCHER lol. so here is my new routine i jus make it up right now i usualy dont follow it to a T but its the basic idea of what ill be doing

M- Stretcher, Marathon Holds, 250 Jelqs, War Holds, Helis
T-Stretcher Aim for 1 hour a day if not minimum 20 mins, Water bottle stretch 10 mins
W-Stretcher, Marathon Holds, 250 Jelqs, War Holds, Helis
TH-Stretcher Aim for 1 hour a day if not minimum 20 mins, Water bottle stretch 10 mins
F-Stretcher, Marathon Holds, 250 Jelqs, War Holds, Helis

well thats basicly it, ill explain what marathon holds are in general PE:D Wish me luck las time i gained about .25 in a month so lets get back to that AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

dont know why but last few days ive noticed a huge difference in flacid length, a lot less shrinkage and over all hanging lower and thicker!! good stuff but visually as far as gains i dont believe i have gained squat like usual lol. I will measure in a few days to confirm.

im officially hooked on PE this time again lol. Been more dedicated then ever. Im measuring on the 2nd of august for this month. I will be designing my new routine very soon as well im thinking to do some kind of circuit program but apply it to PE im thinking one day will be a dry day another a wet day so wet jelqs and dry jelqs days but a little more advanced then that. Im excited for next month regardless if i gain this month or not. My flacid is definitely longer.

Just measured today, what a sad day indeed it is.

Length if i gained it is so un-noticble on the normal inch scale that i shouldnt even count it. If anything i gained like .1 but im not sure. So im not counting it.

Also now in girth im worried, i dont know now wtf is happening whether i measured wrong, this time or last time but now my girth measurement showed 5.25 so awesome month guys lost .25 in girth and didnt gain length now thats what im fucking talking about. i am discouraged im not going to lie. I thought i had some girth goin for me atleast, ill try to remeasure girth again some other time before i start my new routine.

Also im going to remeasure on saturday because i dont beleive this shit of losing this much girth, or if i get the same measurement again at least ill know officialy what it is. Im going to print out a paper ruler and use that, as i take that to be the most accurate.

Are you sure your erections are 100%? If anything you might just be overtrained. I will put my money on a bad measurement or erection though. Don't let this get you down though. Well it will get you down but down let it effect you that much. Have fun on that date though.

I'd go back to basics mate. That routine you have going on looks like hard work to me. Doesnt give you much healing time.

If you're aiming for length I would leave the holds and other girth work out of the equation for now. You have good girth so gaining length will be a bit more difficult, so focus your attention on just length for now. Try MWF with a stretch and wet jelq routine (circuit 1 in your other thread, maybe reducing the number of jelqs a bit), and then spend an hour or so in the device. That way you're at least giving yourself some chance of recovery before you hit the next session.

It seems like you're trying to do too much all at the same time. Reading around (not just here) it seems that, much of the time, the simplest routines yield the best results. I may be speaking out of turn here as you have been around much longer than me. If that's the case, I apologise. Though my intention is only to help. Good luck mate. :wink:

My Goal is by Jan 1st of 2008 To be 7 Inches BP. That is about a .9 inch increase in about 5 months i dont know im a bit skeptical because now that i look at it, its almost a dam inch so we will see what happens.

id say year and a half.

btw monday did 300 wet jelqs and 2 30 sec stretches in each direction.


Today wednesday just finished doing my marathon holds for about 20 minutes of pure holds and edging almost to the point of ejaculation. I feel this will skyrocket my girth. Then later after the gym im going to do my 250-300 jelqs with streches of 2 30 sec each direction. I havent started hanging with the vac i will as soon as i get more comftorble with the device still trying to master it lol.

can you beleive at the end of this year i will have been around CC almost 5 years? holy fuck and im only at 6 inches!! i hope that serves as some motivation to the new guys to not waste time i should have been atleast 8 by now!!. O well im still young lol Back to the routine.

Im trying to reprogram my mind to make PE routine part of my everday life something that has to be done so i never miss a workout no matter what.

Jason everday i put it on a little to get used to it so yea im using it but i think im going to use it more for hanging, because since i do not live alone i cant really use the big device for a strech however i can use the string thing as an ADS.

seems to me you need to change your workouts more often. In 5 years you might have gained more I guess...But the important is that u have already gained more than most people around here! Keep that in mind and be positive! The 8x6 can't escape forever:D

i gues its good but not for 5 years lol. Its been because of inconsistency. In about 5 years i would honestly say i have PE'd less then a full year consistently when you put all the PE time together.

what an amazing week for PE!

perfect routine monday and wed and then thursday did like 15 minutes of holds.

then today which is friday

did 325 jelqs, 20 minute of holds, 30 sec stretches each direction and 15 minutes of hanging with 5.5 lbs which felt amazing only downside was massive fluid build up which scared me. but other then that amazing PE day today!!

Although there are posts that say that fluid build up is bad, I got it in the past when doing drys and it was during that time that I gained the most girth. I would actually be happy if it still happened! Don't worry about it and also there's no need to let it recover from that.

Hanging feels amazing i can really feel that its giving my dick a continous stretch to the ligs or tunica dont know which but i really feel it. I just want to stop getting so much fluid build up im sure after a few weeks it will stop coming as bad.

Theirs no danger of getting it continousley right? as long as it goes away quickly

No danger I can think of. Again if you lower the weight you wont get fluid buildup and it will still be conditioning your penis and working it out.

The contest was just a wake up call, im tired of being 6 months down the road and saying shit i wonder how big i could have been by now if i would have PE'd hard, or even a year down the line so im not going to let myself get like that agian. From now its part of my life untill i hit at least a moderate goal of 7.5 erect length and 6 girth. which i think i can do in about 2 years. I just think of all the time ive wasted and use that as motivation to not miss anymore. 2 weeks in the bag perfect routine no complaints ill measure in 2 more weeks to see how this routine is going and see if it needs modification. I definitley feel thicker when im flacid already and a lot harder erections.

just finished about 35 minutes of the stretch pretty good. Once i was done i did manual stretches with the string and i felt a great tug on the ligs as opposed to the skin with normal stretches. When i took the device up fluid build up was no where near as bad as with hanging the only thing that always swells up a lot is that little peace of skin under the dick hole, frenulum? annoying but w/e good stuff thanks for the device jason i love it. I havent gotten to use the big extender thing yet as i dont have privacy i see myself mostly using it for hanging, manual stretches, and ADS with the strap.


just notcied i got 3 pretty large red spots on dick head from the device, i think it might have been the manual stretches since i did them intense

did 200 wet jelqs today but got filled with redspots because i did them intense. Also did about 20 minutes of marathon holds.

I didnt hang today for 2 reasons, 1 being i got redspots from jelqing so i want to rest, and 2 im so dead tired i played raquet ball for 4 hours lol. I will hang tommorow on my off day to make up for it.

With the leg strap it goes down either side of you leg. If you are talking about around the waist I don't know because I never wore it that way for more than like 5 minutes. Around the leg is very good imo and it great because you can actually move around with the thing on. Weird this is I used to get fluid buildup around the hole of my penis and now I couldn't get it there if I tried. You can make it as intense as you want. You can make it have more force than hanging but you directions are kind of limited. You can only do up right, up left, down right, down left. I don't know how hidden it would be if you wore it straight out haha.

did my 16 minutes of stretching today, had a lot of fluid built up like usual but what ever i dont care it goes away in about 5 minutes.

I dont feel like getting in the shower and doing my 300 jelqs right now lol, but i have to so after the ultimate fighter show im going upstairs and doing my 300 jelqs, and manual stretches.

And then later tonight around 1am ill do my marathon holds. I need to take it easier on the jelqs to avoid red spots.

Also as per my goals this month im not greedy so im only asking to gain .1 inches in length!! lol thats all just something to show its working only thing that .1 can depend on so many things like erection strength and what not so hopefully i get more but thats all i ask for because i figure if i get .1 every month in a year ill be at 7.3 so no complaints their from me. As far as girth i dont know what to expect because usually im about 5.5 but last time i had a bad measurement and it showed 5.25 but i also measured a very inconsistent way, so next measurement im giong to print out a paper ruler print it out and wrap it around, also going to take measurements in diff parts of the shaft. Not to concerned about girth as i know it will come, i just want flacid and erect length so bad.

Its is easy as that. What I do is put on the device and also put on the leg strap with the string already on the stap and tighten it. It is hard to put the string through once the leg thing in on and tight and it is simple to put in through the cup so this is what I do it this way. Also I like using the elastic string a lot better. It is really really long so you will have to loop it around or something but I wound up using only the elastic instead of the regular white string. Try both and tell me which you like.

agreed but unless you have an insane routine (or life) there really isn't a reason to miss. I have been doing it every day for over 6 months and it really isn't that hard.

Well my workouts are something just ads or hanging so its different but in no way would I say that someone would have to workout everyday to gain. My point was it shouldn't be hard to stick to your routine.

Hey owned when you feel ready try hanging while doing a v stretch with something that is kind of thick. I use a thick remote control. I put my boxers over my penis and push in the middle of my penis as I hang. I feel the stretch come all the way up through my pubic area. I have no idea what this means for gains but it feels like my penis is getting pulled out from the inside of me. Also sometimes I hang really low and put my foot on the rope and than move my pelvis so I get a huge stretch. I thought you might be able to describe the feeling better (if it might help for gains) since you have been peing for so long.

Otherwise how is the vac device working for you?

BUT I HAD A BIG PROBLEM TODAY IM SO PISSED, i ripped the yellow gel peace that goes on your penis i think its because i stretched it to much when i turn it inside out so im so pissed i dont know what to do. Anyways i was pissed so just stuck my dick inside the plastic peace and put the blue sleeve over it and hung and it felt the same shit lol. So what is the point of the yellow peace anyways, when i took it off i had i would say more fluid build up but it was more evenly spaced as my whole dick head was swollen, however it didnt look deformed as when i use the yellow peace, and the frenulum wasnt inflamed. What should i do


also have to say guys today is the first time all month that i miss my jelqs. I did my hanging, and im going to do my holds and drys later tonight but i just didnt do my jelqs out of tiredness i have no excuse and feel like shit ill probably make them up on my off day tommorow.

You don't need the yellow piece. It is ment to stop fluid buildup but some people work up to not using it so for the time being you should be fine. If you feel you need it you can order a whole bunch of them for pretty cheap from the website.

I have a good amount of skin on my penis and my skin winds up getting sucked into the sides and its pretty annoying so I use it. I have had the same one for a LONG time and it never broke so as long as you know what you did wrong you should be able to use the next one for a long time. Again it is not needed but everyone is different.

maybe u have been overworking and your blood vessels are weak. Letting them rest for a week would be a good idea. Remember that overworking can have a negative effect on your hability to gain.

Just measured and i am the exact same measurements as last time i measured length and girth is pretty much officially 5-5.25 not 5.5 it was a bad measurement last few times. So over a month of PE

300 jelqs
and 16 mins 3X week of hanging
manual stretches
marathon holds

I missed about 2 workouts the whole month so i was very consistent in my opinion. Occasionaly i would skip the manual stretches because i did hanging, and holds i woudl skip to once in a while but at the least i did 300 jelqs and 16 mins of hanging MWF for over a month.

Same exact length, Same exact girth. Waste of a month

really sucks.
im obviously not doing something right so i need to rethink things, i dont eve remember what it feels like to gain to be honest with you the gains i made 2 months ago were so minimal that i dont accept them as gains or dont even beleive i made them and i honestly have not seen any gains in length in years im getting pretty discouraged and thinking that mabie i just cant gain anymore.

Of course you can gain! Theoritically there is no limit of gains but it takes time! Man for the first months of PE I gained zero and them out of nowhere my dick just boomed and was 0,6cm thicker than before!
If you haven't gained for a long time either u take a break for a month at least or you do a totally different workout or ease it up a bit. You may have overworked.

Maybe you should try to focus either all on length, or all on girth, whichever you want more. So if you go length, take out the holds, maybe increase the hanging durations and/or frequencies? Just an idea.

I really feel for you my friend. I see your effort and your consistency this past summer was pretty damn good. thanks rum. I had to take the last 2 days off of jelqing because i rubbed the dam skin off my dick and it hurts so i have to let it heal but i am still using the ADS stretcher for a few hours since it only attaches to the head. Hopefully monday i can get back to the jelqs.

i think im changing my routine to just target length so simply put im doing about 2-4 hours of leg strap ADS and then 2 sets of manual stretches and mabie like once or twice a week 200 jelqs and some holds but more then anything stretching. Ive noticed a little bit better flacid hang thats about it thus far.

been wearing the ADS stretcher to my leg abotu 4 times a week anywhere from 2-5 hours. With manual stretches.

Have not been jelqing as i want to focus on length only and see what happens, once in a while ill do a few dry jelqs here and their but nothign serious. Also im going to start doing JAI stretches 15 reps per set 3 sets per day.

going on 3 hours of ADS, i have noticed a slight increase in flacid length but could just be wishfull thinking lol.
Mostly just been doing a few hours 3 or 4 times a week of ADS with about 30 reps of JAI stretches.

Man do I feel you! I am in the same boat right now and I am running out of ideas lol. If it comes to it I am going to take off for a little bit and come back nice and easy with a different approach. I can't tell if I am being greedy and actually gaining but just much slower than usual or ifI am just not gaining. I know my eq has gone done and I am not getting as frequent and hard erections now. How is your eq? What do you feel is the problem right now. Don't just say "I can't gain" because you have to be thinking "well maybe its ____".

Maybe we all need a month to look back and think, or maybewe all need a break. Who knows. This past weekend I had a little breakthrough. Two nights in a row I just applied heat like I do in my warm ups. Nothing else like two hours. The next morning I had super hard erections like I did when I was younger. i jelqd a lot so its not lack of jelqing, i did a lot of holds so its not that. Before i could have attributed it to lack of stretching but now i am using the leg strap stretcher about 3 hours every other day so after a month or so i will measure. If nothing then i honestly dont know what to do, mabie my dick is conditioned to resist everything. My flacid size is so small right now also it pisses me off. I took a week off because i had a business trip and my dick feels like a little turtle head.

Im kinda depressed that ive been around PE for 4 years and havent gained a thing lol. my life would be so different right now if i had a huge cock but i blame no one but my stupid self. I noticed a trend not only in PE but in my life of being super inconsistent with everything i do and im trying to change it, not only for PE but for my life so im searching inside myself now to make some changes. I mean ive been inconsistent in everything, PE, gym, jiu jitsu, work, school you name it i start and stop it. Im disgusted with myself right now, and i want to change and im trying i dont know why its so hard for me to stick with things.

Im not going to say im starting PE again blah blah blah, im just gnna do it starting today, ive been doing actually past few days now but im going to update this diary daily My routine will be as follows

ADS at a very light stretch: Minimum 2 hours Daily M-F
Manual Stretches: 20 Second Stretches Each Direction 2X (various times through out day mixed in with JAI stretches)
200 3-4 sec jelqs M-F

Also might do some water bottle Stretches, and mabie look into clamping as well.

I know how you feel with getting things started and just being incredibly inconsistent. It requires a certain type of inner strenght to keep everything in line.

exactly, i have never admitted it to myself before. I put all the things i have to do everday right on my google homepage so its in my face every time i open my browser just to remind me.

I might drop it down to MWF if i dont see any progress the first month.

just the fluid build up from keeping it on so much, i mean its not that bad but that little skin area under your dick hole or w/e i dont want that to grow permantly then it would look pretty weird. Many people here grew without any devices so i think i should be fine.


Did you use anything else other then your hands? Clamping?

FIghting a small cold so didnt want to take a long ass shower with my routine so basicly just did manual stretches, squat stretch, helis, and a shit load of holds probably a good 25 mins worth. Also after a long hold i will turn it into a dry jelq

Same thing happened to me, only the BP measurement moved up a bit but no measureable gains for the NBP. It's probably normal, but of course, we would want to gain NBP lenght too!

Im no pro mate, but I will write up what I do in detail (i dont seem to do jelqs etc the traditional CC/PE way) I think every dick is different and you have to work how little tricks that increase the intensity for your own little man then develope tho's, but by all means try what I do, I am glad I am some what a source of motivation for you.

did my 150 jelqs today with about 10 Synth Jelqs at the end, before i go to sleep im going to do my stretching sessions, holds and some drys before i hit the sack.
