Just finished 30 mins of holds and drys going to stretch before i go to sleep here are some pics of me doing holds and a normal shot at end for progress pics i guess

but anyways did 150 Wet jelqs today so far, gnna do some holds / drys before bed and stretching sessions again. I bought latex gloves today.

Wohoooooo im so impatient i want GAINT like yesterday lol but gotta take it slow one day at a time. My first mini goal is 6 inches NBP and 6.5 BP by my birthday which is mid december!! thats about 9 weeks to gain half an inch.

I dont really care abotu girth much because i am working girth every day with holds, drys and clamping soon. I will always work girth as i beleive that theri is no way to really ONLY work one thing so if i do holds and waht not it will ultimatley help to get some length gains. Stretching i think is the only way to ONLY get length.

Endorphin, the reason you're cock looks thinner might just be because of the different shapes of both your dicks.
ownd's could be wider on top, and thinner from the side view.
Of course measurements can be a bit different too..

As a confession, if I'm not completely wrong I think I've lost some of my girth.. I think it's been sacrificed for lenght or shit like that. :shock:

W3 i tend to get red spots a lot mabie every other work out, they spread out all over my cock but they heal by the next day. i honestly dont think thier any big deal as long as thier not like huge and purple.

PE is awesome, im doing great didnt miss a work out all week. My dick is fuller when flacid, and is hanging lower at all times not dramaticly but i do notice something just after 1 week of consistent PE and finally the correct method of stretching. Im nervous if i am going to gain thsi time since im so good, because if i dont i will be pretty discouraged but will keep at it for the contest at least. I hope i can add half an inch by the time the contest is over.

i know today is my off day but i did about 70 jelqs till a few red spots, and doing some stretches later tonight LOL. i shall be buying my clamp this week.

ive been doing my jelqs in the morning now right when i wake up, reason being i feel that our hormones are the higest in the morning hence the morning wood and its MUCh easier to maintain proper erection levels through out the whole work out. Also you get them over with and dont have to think about doing it all day. Now i just gotta do my drys, holds and stretches, kegals for the day.

did a light jelq routine this morning about 80, got a few red spots so stopped. What i have been doing lately is 2 sessions per day AM and PM

AM consists of 150 jelqs at 3 seconds each , light stretches, few synthetics and helis with warm up and down shower and ill put cold ass water after im done cuz of a theory i read on another forum which hardens the tunica and retians its new dimensions.

PM session is just all stretching, 30 secs each direction including str8 out 3 times over with a minute of squat stretching so about 7 minutes of stretching and about 30 mins of marathon holds and i think i might throw in a light stretching routine in morning.

I think i am under estimating the importance of stretching since what i am after is length primarily. I also might start clamping as i read it helps with flacid volume and size, and sometimes it helps with length gains to.

All in all im more obsessed then ever now.

also i was curious and i put a toilet pape roll on my dick, it barely cleared mid shaft without the skin starting to fold in n stuff, i had to slam it down to clear the mid shaft and hit hte base, once in my dick wasnt much longe then it lol, but then it again it wasnt snug on or anything.

Mind you that thing is only 4 inches long :roll: :( but its 5.2 inches in girth the tube so i have to be a lil more then that at least lol.

Been waking up early every day to do my jelqs beacuse i find it much much easier to maintain erection in mornings. Everything is going good as far as routine no complaints. I still havent bought my clamp which i need to do.

DId some squat stretches earlier today and got a pretty noticible lig pop, felt like a knuckle cracking no pain at all but just felt SUPER SUPER weird i was like holy shit then kept going. i hope this is a sign of SOMETHING im so desperate for gains even if its .1 per month lol

did some quick unofficial length measurement BP and it looks like it sank in at abotu a solid 6.25

20 days ago i was barely hitting the 6.25 inch mark, soo not a bad thing at all i presume, not any miracle gains like jelqster but w/e its something lol. Going to be a long long long long process, hopefully i can stick with it, or mabie get some lucky ass big gains soon lol.

Fighting a cold so not really doing long shower routines, however been doing some stretching this week so far. Sucks but w/e shit happens. ill get back to normal jelq routine soon

hey ownd, how are things?

From a what W3 said earlier on this page it sounds like you have been PEing for years without many major gains.... if thats the case then your not alone... up until recently i hadnt seen sufficient gains for the years i had been PEing.

From a thread u started in one of the general forums called 'Opinion on length gains' its sounds like you may have been practicing similar stretching exercises to what i had been doing.

The intention of me writing is to ask whether or not you have tried V-stretches or A-stretched. I have been doing them for only a short while and have seen gains.

My rountine consists of 15 minutes of fairly intense holds... and then 7 minutes of these A and V stretches. I feel they work.

If you havnt already done so read this thread by Remek. I have gained understanding that length gains dont have to come from the exposing of hidden penis through the stretching of the suspenditory ligaments (this refers to the standard technique of stretching the penis outward, downward,ect. -which appears to me is what you are doing). The cells in the tunica itself when stretched heal and in turn are larger. This is where the gains comes from, in my understanding. Also a balanced workout is needed.

Excuse me for making so many assumptions as to which exercise you are doing and how long u have been PEing.... but to me its seems your problem (if there is one) stems from the same misunderstandings that i had, and through my three or more years of dedicated PEing with these misunderstanding I saw very minimal gains.

thanks for the input my friend, i will re read that. I have tried V stretches but only a few times i didnt really feel a good stretch, i will try integrating them into my routines ASAP, so you pull your flacid dick out stretched and then slide your hand under your dick and grab your wrist and then push up correct?

for years i did PE but i was not consistent at all so i cannot blame anyone but myself, if i would have been consistent i should be at least at 6.5 inches but to me its like i am starting all over with new found motivation.

I am doing intense stretching routines now abotu 30 minutes of manual stretching per day, holds, 200 jelqs and lots of kegals basicly 5 times per week. If i dont get gains in lets say 2 months i will modify it. I will also through in some V stretches and A stretches to throw in some variety.

how much have you gianed since incoporating the V stretches?

Still PEING pushing on, stepping up the manual stretching routines to about 30 minutes per day. Also going to start with some very advanced girth shit influenced by Oldie.

Im sick as shit so not doing jelqs in shower, just doing dry jelqs and marathon holds to porn, then lots of manual stretches.

Ordered a very good hanger should be coming in any day now, going to start hanging and im confident this is going to take me to the next level.

My routine is probably going to entail something like

5 20 minute hanging sets at 5 pounds with 2 pound increase every week, probably just a straight down angle to start and then work some other crazy angles depending on gains. Along with this will do my usual jelqing and holds MWF. I have read about some pretty amazing results with hanging, and i think it makes the most sense of anything else in the world of PE

This has been a terrible month for me i have basicly been sick for a full fucking month, got canker sores in my mouth which are gone now that i took medication for and could not eat for a week. im finally feeling strong so being a monday and dec 1 i started again. Big difference now, as i invested in a very good hanger which i have been researching and with a lot of effort put into it will give amazing gains over time.


My routine is as follows

M 200 Jelqs, 20 mins of marathon holds, manual stretches, hour of hanging @ 5 pounds
T Hanging hour , manual stretches
W 200 Jelqs, 20 mins of marathon holds, manual stretches, hour of hanging @ 5 pounds
TH hanging hour, manual stretches
F200 Jelqs, 20 mins of marathon holds, manual stretches, hour of hanging @ 5 pounds

As you can see its primarily length but i have holds and wet jelqs in there to see if i can still pop out a tiny bit more girth. I want to get to 5.5 and then ill be happy.

Congrats on your great gains Ownd! :D

By the way, you didn't lose .2 of girth, you just lost the swelling(temporary gains). You stopped PEing before that .2 was cemented so that's why you lost it but I'm sure you will easily get it back. :icon_smile:

i realized something last night that i do not know if hanging is for me i just dont feel it right, and i dont live alone so i cant just hang while im working on the comp. so my only choice is to hang in my room and just sitting there for an hour straight is almost unbearable of boredom.

So i think i will just stick to manual stretches, jelqs, holds and clamping when my clamps come in. I also may try all day clamping at a very light setting to keep it plump.

Hmm, as oldie said, stretching isn't the answer. And why are you using clamps? I thought you wanted length. If you want girth, maybe you should try the exercises that worked for you before. According to your 1st post, you previously gained an inch in girth. Clamps can be very dangerous, with side effects that you can't see, such as deep vein thrombosis (due to the lengthy times that circulation to the penis is cut off). Also, even when you gain from using clamps, there is almost always noticeable discoloration.
