Im jus thinking this cos if the whole science behind this is to get blood pumped into the penis at a higher volume than usual, after the workout wouldnt it be good to tickle ur jinkle every hour or so n keep an erection for 5 mins so that theres an extra high amount of blood flowing through the penis and therefore more oxygen and nutrients passing through to help in rebuilding the tissue walls?? Im only new but if some people can get back to me with what they think itd be very much appreciated. Im cool :cool
