Im going to keep this simple because I honestly hate reading a 10000 page report on how to use a simple product. Here are some simple guidelines on the IR lamp.

Where to get an IR lamp

IR Lamps are availible at most hardware stores. The total cost would be roughly $10-20 depending on the brand and # of watts you get. If you are in a country outside of the USA and dont have too many hardware stores around you, try checking a petstore. Chances are they have IR lamps on sale aswell. As for power, 150 watts is plenty! The one I used to own was 200 and kept me toasty aswell but it was a little overkill for what I was using it for.

K I got it now what

Ok you got your IR lamp! Awesome, lets get to using it. Before you start a PE routine, warm up using your usual warmup device such as the hot cloth or rice sack etc. This ensures a very thourough warmup everytime you begin a PE exercise. After your initial warmup, sit down in a chair at the very edge. The reason being is that the ir lamp can actually burn the chair a little if it is too close, so sit your butt down on the edge. There is no need for clothes except BOXERS! This is a must because you dont want the IR lamp heating up your balls AT ALL! It will totally kill sperm and leave you steril until the heat is gone. Nobody knows what will happen if you keep doing this but I dont want to take my chances. What I do to counter this is wear the boxers with the little slit in front of the penis. It leaves just enough room for the penis to hang out while keeping the testicles nice and cool since IR waves cant penetrate clothes. *IMPORTANT* Keep atleast 1 foot away from the IR lamp or it can burn your skin. Make sure not to get too close, but close enough to where you feel the penis tissue being heated up. If you feel any discomfort as far as exessive heat, sit farther back and continue your exercise.

Girth + IR Lamp, a match made in heaven

I have noticed that girth comes much easier when using an IR lamp. People using an IR lamp are encouraged to add a little girth routine to their current exercise. The IR lamp seems to let the tissue expand much more than the usual hot cloth warmup. Recommeded advanced exercises: Clamping + Full erect head squeezes. Comboing both of those are for the super advanced (and brave) pe'r.

Problems + Injuries when using an IR lamp

I have noticed some bad things happen with IR lamp + PE. It seems that the tissue can expand so much more that people do not realize how much of an intense exercise they are doing until they see hundreds of red spots. My advice is if you are using an IR lamp for the first month, take it easy! A lot more blood goes into your penis when you are jelqing than you realize. The tricky part is you dont feel erect but the blood is there! Jelqing at medium strength for the first couple of months is suggested until moving on the more intense grip / quantity of jelqs.

Very nice info. I hope I don't get that red spots injury. :?

Seriously with the wavelengths that the IR lamp uses your boxers provide little to no protection. If you are truely concerned use your other hand to cup your balls to keep the heat rays off of them. The IR lamp is great for PE and I highly recommend it to anyone even if all you use it for is to warmup.

I've always used my hand. It's the best protection.

Do you use the IR lamp during a workout or just for the warmup?

Either way. I really like to stretch under it but it can't get it into a good position to jelq because of the way my room is set up. Though I really like it on while I am clamping, now that is insane.

IR lamps dont go through clothes so im not sure what you are talking about. Even while you are doing it feel your balls and they are the same temperature.

Sorry Mag but you are wrong here  . Infrared radiation, on the light spectrum, is located between visible light and microwaves thus the name which means under red light. Because of the size of its wavelengths it is able to penetrate barriers which visible light is incapable. This is the reason IR light is so great for PE; it penetrates the skin and heat down deep. A couple of examples to get a general idea is if you hold a flashlight and shine it through a plastic tupaware lid the visible light is blocked, no take the rest of the tupaware container which is made of the same material and put it in a microwave, it comes out hot because those rays penetrate the barrier and heat the inside. IR radiation falls between these two types of radiation so it may not penetrate as deep as microwaves but it does penetrate. Also if you look at an IR image you will see the different degrees of heat being produced in the environment, those are all IR rays. If IR light was truely blocked by clothes then most of those images would be blank, but instead you still see the body heat radiating.

Hmm I see. Makes sense good info.
