Hello everyone, i'm pie_lover, newest addition to your forums :P

First of all i'd like to thank all of you, even though i've never posted here before, i have read through some of the threads (even though i'm still just starting out) and found that many of your comments/images/videos were very helpful in understanding proper techinques and methodes to pe.

I got the link to these fine forums off a website that a guy had linked you to. I'd heard of this place before but i didn't really have a motive to come here in back then and then i thougth, meh, it's free and it's got actual claims of people that it works, why not give it a try?

My main reason for coming here is that i would like to surprise my gf who is currently living abroad (we met here in belgium, and i plan to go back to canada, where she is right now, and once i finish my studies here, which means at the end of this year, i'll go back to canada to be with her). Anyways she's never complained about the lenght and size of my penis (currently 6.125"x4.5" hard, 5"x4" flacid), but i feel that i could do better to satisfy her. I'm hoping to reach somewhere around the 7-7.5"x5" hard (i don't want to get bigger than that, seeing as my gf is relatively tight and i don't want to make sex an uncomfortable thing for her).

I just have a few questions which i would like to get some answers from if possible. they are listed below

1: I know that the method shown on this site are supposed to give long-lasting results, is this true? For example once i have reached the size desired, can i stop and my penis will remain that size even though i don't do any of the exercises anymore?

2: If i do stop doing exercises when i have reached desired length, then decide to increase my length later (let's say anywhere between 6 months to 3 years after i have stoped) will the excersises still have an effect? will i still be able to increase my length and girth even though i stoped before?

3: I know that not everyone can gain the same amount in the same time, but do you think that my goal length (even if it's only going from 6" to 7") can be accomplished in about 3 months (knowing that i am starting on my 5th day of excersises today)? If yes do you have any recommended workouts that i should try?

Well thank you in advance for your responces :D

Welcome pie_lover.

1. Yes, it's true. Once you reach your goal it will stay there. You might loose 0.25" but that's just as far as it goes. So for ex, if you want to reach 7.5" you may be aiming at 7.75" to eventually stay at 7.5". But then again, that's why we do a maintenance routine (like once a week or once every fortnight) to keep those precious 0.25".

2. Absolutely. There's no limit to what we can achieve although I never heard of anyone reaching something like 15" after, let's say, 10-15 years. But our tissue can stretch quite alot.

3. Anything is possible pie. Start off with a newbie routine.

Thought Pro's newbie routine is just fine for you at this stage. There's the link.

Welcome

since 1 and 2 are answered, I'll talk about 3.

If it is length you are interested in primarily, stretches are a good way to go because as long as you don't pull too hard it's hard to overdo them. The point of stretching is to condition your penis suspensory ligaments to lengthen permanently.
As for girth, for a newbie jelqs are the way to go. Try a newbie routine from the newie forum and you will do fine.

I dont agree. While some people keep all their (or almost) gains when they stop PE'ing, other people (including me) may actual lose a bigger part of their gains. Maybe it has something to do with the amount of lig gains versus the amount of penile tissue gain, I dunno.

As for 1" in 3 months, I think its a little optimistic. You may one of the lucky easy gainers, but you also may not. I'm not bashing your hopes, but I just want you to be realistic to prevent dissapointment.

Well, you're one of a kind Valk. I never heard of anyone loosing a "bigger" part of their gains. The max. I've heard was 0.25"/0.3". You're the first one to say that.

I knew I was special!

I cant remember who exactly from this board (I believe Spike was one of them) but I read on another board about several people losing more gains then 0.5 cm.

Even if you lose some, they come back with the speed of light.

Thats why you gotta do a MANTENIENCE ROUTINE It will only take about 30 minutes once or twice a week thats all

5mm - 8mm something like that - which is 0.25"/0.3". Never lost any girth though.

Okay, so you lost less then I thought. There goes my point.

Valk, why don't you do some mantenience routine then you'll keep your gains :D

valk, your comment about lig vs tissue gains, would the tissue gains be more likely to be permanent? that was my thinking

I aint big enough by far to apply for a maintenance routine, but if I ever become big enough I will definitively do one.

Yes, thats my thinking too. I also think that the lig gains are the 'fast' gains. But I still dont believe in the 5 hour rule. I think it has more to do with the the elasticity and lenght of your ligaments, which will probably vary for each individual.

I think most of the gains people lose are from not continuing their kegals so the PC muscle is not strong enough to allow the penis to fill completely with blood, thus when you go to measure again you think you have lost it. They come back with amazing speed because you already had the gains but now that you are PEing and working that PC muscle rigorously you are able to fill the penis back up with blood.
