well, guys, i figured that i would go ahead and start my own diary. just a method of forcing myself into a point of dedication. i came here to make gains, so i shall begin this thread to later post them, hoping that, unseen issues aside, those gains will be made.

i have no ruler, so i do not know what my beginning measurements are, but i can say that my erect length is basically 5.5" (i remember that one from having previously been here). My goal is to have about a .5" increase in both length and girth after a year of pe.

when i procur a method of measuring, these measurements will be updated; however, after having some conversations with my fiance, i cannot tell you how accurate a single measurement will be.

anyway, i plan to give an update at three months and actually post any gains on january 20th of this upcoming year.

if i do not get around to posting my current size, i apologize and hope that the slight information given here is enough to illustrate the difference that pe will hopefully make.

btw, i might as well post this here, but, despite my new return to the forum, my visits may be few in that i will be both working and going to school full time. do not worry, though, pe will not be forgotten in the mix this time around. i have made a promise to myself and have actually found reasons worth the effort of a routine.

Well, i guess that since i'm back, i best update this thing...

let's see, my routine is still the same, but i am now taking l-arginine to help boost things a little. I have been going for 7 days, i will give a size update on January 20th as previously planned. My goal is just to stick with jelqing and to do it completely and one-mindedly.

Good luck with Your PE! For motivation I'd suggest measuring properly now so You will clearly see the gains when they come, otherwise You might miss them because the growth is usually so slow it isn't always easy to notice. It's good for motivation to come back and check out the starting stats after some gains.

I should start again too.

Well, i've made a few additions to my routine, being that today starts my second week back on...

Anyway, the first is that i plan to keep a daily log of my pe routine. nothing that involves gains, but depicts the time spent, music listened to, visual images used to maintain the semi-erect state, issues such as red spots, bruising, or swelling, and plans to counteract such issues (i.e. longer warm-up or down, added warm downs throughout the day, etc), as well as my overall feel about the routine (was it intense? did i experience any pain?). I think this will help make the routine seem more realistic and help me continue with it, not to mention, helping me better connect mind to body.

I also have added more kegels throughout the routine, allowing for small holds and increased blood flow. On this line, i have added a new closing routine. I do a count down of kegels, starting from 20 and going down with five jelqs between each set. So, it goes as follows: jelq and hold, kegel 20 times, jelq 4 times, jelq and hold, kegel 19 times...

As i get further into things, i'll move the number up to 30 and so on. It seems to make the routine end on a very intense note.

Also, i have dropped the heli-shakes throughout the routine, opting instead for leg slaps (place pointer finger on one side of penis at base and middle finger on the other side. move the hand back and forth rapidily, causing the penis head to slap against the sides of the legs). I do that for about ten seconds before, after, and 4-5 times throughout the routine. It seems to help stretch the penis better and reduces the tension, allowing for more progress as the routine progress.

It all fits my goal of having a routine that builds in intensity as I move through it. I plan to have good success with these changes.

Also, i have made the warm-down twofold. One is the simple hot wrap for about ten minutes. The second is a long hot shower two or three hours later that includes massage and some leg slaps.

I'll keep you updated on how things are going.

.5 in a year should be easy for ya man. If you havent gained that much in a years time you should really look into unique routines.

Well, i figured i should also outline my current routine and explain future plans with it.

Anyway, here it goes:
(1) 10-15 minute warm-up
(2) 30 sec. leg slaps
(3) 5 sets of 30 sec. stretches with leg slaps between each set.
(4) 30 sec. leg slaps
(5) About 50 wet jelqs
(6) 20 sec. leg slaps
(7) Repeat 5 and 6 (currently i repeat it 4-5 times)
(8) 20 kegel countdown (kegel 20 times, jelq 5, kegel 19 times....)
(9) 20 leg slaps
(10) jelg 50 times, kegeling once after each jelq
(11) 20 sec. leg slaps
(12) warm-down for 10-15 min.
(13) hot shower several hours later

I plan to keep adding to the stretching (i particularly enjoy g-spot's squat stretch) as well as adding an extra set of steps 5-6 every other week. Also, i do more stretching and a hot wrap before going to bed to help loosen things up a bit and get the blood flowing even while i sleep.

So far, things seem to be going quite well, and i actually do expect to see some results, unlike my other half-assed attempts at pe. My penis has never felt this good.

Your routine looks a little intense for starting back up, but that might be because you listed everything individually.

I tend to not take many days off...it all depends on how my penis feels each day and i decide from there. Usually it is only one day off per week.

I know people will say that's a bad thing; however, my warm-down routine is a little higher then most peoples so i see no problem jelqing with few breaks...

And, yes, it is a bit intense for a beginner, but i am no true beginner. I've done this stuff for awhile. This is just another start, but the knowledge keeps growing and hopefully everything i've learned will help this more intense style work for a hard gainer like myself.

Well, i'm only giving this update because i was finally able to masturbate. I know that sounds strange, but, for the first time since i got on my meds i actually had enough control over myself to get my penis to a near-full erection. I think i owe it to my routine, particularly the kegels.

Its only been two weeks on my routine, one since i started adding more kegels...i think this is an excellent development and that i shall add more kegels, particularly holds, during my routine today.

Anyway, i'm off to therapy. just thought i'd share the good news in case anyone else is dealing with medication side effects like myself.

Nice to hear You're getting better, and I'm especially happy to hear You're getting some therapy. I hope You will find life worth living again. I've been on strong depression medication for almost an year now, but never had any erection problems. Well, it does take my sex-drive off but I can get it up if needed, just not too horny these days. Of course there are many different drugs out there and some may be bad for the erections, You might want to talk about that side-effect with the doctor, there are always options. Stay strong, my friend! :D

Thanks, Bobo. And, i will.

I think the side effects are just so botheresome erection-wise because they have completely killed my sex drive. Also, the dosages they have me on are 200% the highest reccommended dosage. Hopefully my sex drive will improve as the dosages are lowered, but for now, it is up to me to improve them. Doing so can only make things better when the side effects become less effective.

By the way, i'm on klonopin, remeron, cybalta, and risperdal, just in case anyone was wondering. the remeron and cybalta are the ones at 200%.

Well, it has finally been a month since i started back up. Thankfully, my routine has become part of my daily routine and i feel awkward when i don't do it...i actually went seventeen days in a row on the back stretch of the month.

Anyway, i'm not going to measure yet, i want to be certain of gains beforehand so that it doesn't kill my self-esteem or make me feel like i've been wasting all this time. Everything is going great. I'm having stronger erections and my routines are feeling more and more intense as i go.

A couple changes:
(1) Increased the time on leg slaps to 30 seconds, with a 60 second leg slap before and after the warm down. Also do two 60 second leg slaps throughout the day.
(2) Increased the dosage of L-Arginine to 2,000 mg/day, though, i plan to up the dosage to 3,000 next week. Figured i'd acclimate myself to the drug so that my body got used to it and didn't dispose of it as waste, as often happens with herbal supplements.

Well, that's all for now. Will give another update in a month or so...may even measure then...but that is still up in the air.

Shadowfox, I read your threads earlier and was hoping you'd still be on this. I see that your last activity was on Dec. 21 of last year, so I really wish you'll be back soon with updates.

You seem to be one of the members with great intuition and insight, as well as creativity and honest perception of things as they are. Because of that, I believe you will be immensely successful at PE and gain more than you had set out to or imagined.

I hope you are well and wish you the best in all your current endeavors.

I don't do this as a habit, but if you've read other posts by shadowfox (regarding a serious suicide attempt), you cant help but to wonder whether/why he doesnt still visit the forums here.
