Hey all, i've been reading this website for a long time now but i've never tried PE, i figure i might as well give it a go since i'm also getting really serious about working out and I figure I now have the discipline needed to PE and make gains.

Im 18 and I live in Ontario I dont really know what else to say about me except I'm really motivated to do PE and I work very hard in order to achieve my goals.

I am currently 7 9/16'' BPEL and 5 1/4'' EGirth. I've watched all the vids and have been following routines for a while now so I will decide a routine today and will post it later tonight. Thanks.

Aug 31st - 7 9/16" BPEL - 5.25" WEG
Sep 13th - 7 11/16" BPEL - 5.5 WEG
Oct 8th - 7 13/16" BPEL - 5.75 WEG

Welcome to CC... :)

Great starting stats... you already seem to have a "headstart"... When deciding your first routine, remember to keep it light and simple... There is no need for high intensity or advanced exercises until you are experienced, as you can easily gain without them now... You can check out Thought Pro's Newbie Routine for an idea of how you should start out...

Alright my routine is going to be Monday to Friday:

Starting Stats:
BPEL: 7 9/16''
WEG: 5 1/4''

Routine:
warmup
30 sec stretches followed by a 30 sec heli shake for all directions. (up down right left straight)
Repeat Stretches
200 dry jelqs with 1min heli shakes in between (100 base to mid, 100 mid to head)
100 wet jelqs
cooldown

What do you guys think?

Welcome to CC. Your primary goal is girth, right? Cuz if its length i'd switch the number of wet jelqs with dry jelqs. If it is girth, your on a good track there. Be sure to warm up and warm down. A slight suggestion with your stretches and heli's, try this. Do a 30 second stretch in one diresction, followed by 30 second heli shakes. Do that little "super set" for all of your stretches. If you really wanna do minute stretches, simply repeat the process. This keeps the bloodflow constant and free flowing. Goodluck

Okay, thanks for the advice. I'm interested in gaining a lot of girth but i'd still like to get some length... its just i feel my dick is skinny right now so i wanted to make it thicker i dunno lol should i just try to get the extra .5 inches first so i have 8''BPEL then go for the girth?

No. Take it from some one who has the 8 inches and not enough girth. Id trade an inch of length for an inch of girth.

What is your girth? I think I want like 6.5 not sure yet though i'll see what 6 looks like then decide.

Dunno. Aint measured in a while, but looks like a pencil to me. Id give it 5.5 if i was going to be generous to it.

I guess, but it is one of the flaws with PE. You know you can get more, and you end up wanting it.

When you're PE'ing regularly you've got more blood flow in your shaft. Confronted with that, it will look smaller during a brake from PE due to the decreased blood flow. It's just because you become accustomed to seeing your shaft fuller when you're active.

I made an update (i edited my first post)

I gained a quarter inch in girth and a little bit less than that in length.
I've also been doing a shitload of holds but not really as part of my routine... I watch porn and while wanking do like tons of holds until i get tired or bored lol. I dont let myself ejaculate though.

Good stuff, just be careful not to overdo it with holds, they can cause nasty injuries.

I wish i read this earlier......... it feels like a bomb went off on the left side of my dick lol and i juss checked and i have a shitload of red spots midshaft on the left side...lol i never thought i would get them cuz im black (im light tho)... and yeah it hurts like a bitch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

I also noticed how much of a difference girth makes and i suggest everyone who is 7inches or more go for girth because I only gained .25 in girth and my penis looks a lot bigger than before... :D

Hey, I've had a minor increase in length this month and another .25 increase in girth... Which leaves me at 7 13/16" BPEL and 5.75 widest area girth. I have a new gf now and she said I have a big dick which really made me thankful i started PE, Thanks CC :D.

I think a gf complimenting your penis is one of the greatest motivators ever because now I want to make sure that it IS big and she really meant what she said.
