HeY GuYs :D , I've decided to start PE again and stick to it for more than 2 weeks. I would appreciate advice, as I want to stay motivated.
My Stats:
L' 5.5 (14cm)
G' 5.2 (13cm)
My Goals :
L' 6.5 (16.5cm)
G' 6 (15.2cm
My Routine: M W F
5 minute hot wrap
30 sec stretching (up,down,middle,left,right)
200 wet jelqs
10 kegals
5 minute hot warm-down
I hope i reach my goals i'll update every 2 weeks :D

Welcome mate. You've got a solid routine there, just stay dedicated and consistant and you should reach your goals.

Guys i havent been on 4 a while, i've been on and off of PE since my last post more off then on :( ....
i finished measuring and....
Flacid
L' 3.25 (8.1cm)....0.05 gained
G' 4.25 (11cm)..i feel a bit fatter
Erect
L' 5.5 (14cm)
G' 5.25 (13cm)...., 0.05 gained
I seriously haven't done PE...in weeks, maybe 3 sessions since august ... :cry:
Im gonna carry on with Thought Pro's Newbie Routine and STICK WITH IT :D
I just have 1 problem which i can overcome .I am really motivated to get a larger penis but nearly everytime I'm about to do PE...I jus start to masturbate instead....Anyone else have this problem???

You just have to decide what you REALLY want. A wanking session or a bigger dink? You decide.

Just do the exercises in that routine. Your problem isnt finding the right exercises, your problem is actually PE'ing instead of wanking.
Be consistent because thats the only way you will notice gains.

heres a little update well i haven't been pe'in as much at most twice a week
EL:5.6
EG:5.3
but now im back on track :D
ive changed my routine to this
5 mins warm up
30 sec x 2 strecthed in all directions
200 wet jelqs (2-3 seconds)
200 kegals daily
10 holds
hot shower

Goodluck man. I see you got a bit more of a gain there. Imagine if you are consistent.

guys i was just wondering if i did a whole week(5 days) of training then taking a week off 2 recover. has any1 tried that
Also my current routine is 3 times a week should i do anythng on off days?

There's a few user's here that do a 5 on and 2 off, so yes if you want to go for it thats fine but I would do a light routine each day' if I was doing a 5 day. :cool
I would leave rest days for resting only. :wink:
