Ok so I'm finally ready to start PE hardcore. At 5'5" and 130 lbs I need to give the females SOMETHING big to look at. I started PE when i first turned 18 but only stuck with it for maybe a month. Now I'm finally ready to commit to my routine because its time for me to have a bigger member to impress the ladies. I've never really had any complaints but I still feel uncomfortable with my size. I'm currently at 5.5 inches in both length and girth. I'm not too much worried for girth as I am length. I started my routine tonight and was wondering if you all thought i was going about it the right way. I'm going to be doin this every M-W-F:
-5 min hot wrap
-20 sec. stretch straight, left, right, down, up
-10 min wet jelq
-20 sec hold at base
-hot shower
**twenty 2-3 sec kegels throughout the day
every 2 weeks im going to double the stretches and holds and move up 2 minutes on the jelqs
That sound good for a beginner routine?

Yeah good, I think you should move up every 5 mins per week on jelq and do 30mins max on jelq

First off, if you're looking to impress the ladies then you should be getting down the gym and eating a better diet as well as PE, not just because of the the fact they'll make you look better but because they'll make you feel better about yourself and give you more confidence which is probably the single most vital factor when it comes to getting girls (providing you aren't too bad looking and have at least some personality as well).
Your routine is good, but a big penis in itself is probably not going to change your life the way you hope it will, you should see this as an opportunity to make bigger changes in your life and start working towards improving all the aspects of yourself you feel unconfident about.
As for Tmac's suggestion about the Jelqs, I'd see how it goes week by week, don't feel you have to keep forcing the numbers up if you feel you're getting a good workout already.
Good luck.

Great advice BBB. It is generally done as LeBron said, but it doesnt have to be. Nothing in PE is set in stone, but find out what works for you. That is the key to PE. You should have a read into a discussion between me, Bobo, and some beginners on the old thread. We figured it is not enough to merely PE, but to be all over healthy. One i think it helps with gaining if you are healthy and in shape. Two, it gives you a better chance to get the ladies attention. As BBB said a big penis isnt enough to get ladies attention. You cant just walk up whip it out in front of them. Im going to try to bring a little of this insight we had into the new forum. Check my diary some time. It will be in there.

That came out all wrong. I am 5'5 and 130lbs but I look like i should weigh around 150 or more. People are always shocked when they hear me say im only 130lbs. I'm really cut up and have like 2% body fat. I'm also in really good shape. I work out regularly, have a physical job and have been active in sports all my life. I'm not arrogant at all but I get plenty of women. I do wish I was a bigger person but genetics kept me from becoming that so i have to take it as it comes. I cant make myself taller but i can make my dick bigger :D ....which is what brought me to this wonderful forum.

To get bigger muscle wise the most important thing is to start eating like a beast. It's your call whether you're going to do it by eating pretty much whatever you can and put on more fat but gain muscle faster or eat cleanly and put on less extra fat but gain muscle slower, but either way you should be getting a meal of some sort down you every 2-3 hours. If you want to be bigger, you're going to have to let the low body fat thing go for a while and accept that you'll gain some fat as well as muscle as a result of eating more.
As for weights, it sounds like you want to train for size and I'm sure there are people round here that could help you with that sort of routine.

2% bf HAHA dude. 2%bf would kill you, befcause of lacked fat and water.
bb go on stage as low as only 3-4% bf, because of reduced water intake, but they only last at that bf for about a few hours because it is dangerous.
genetics plays a big role in your muscular build but that shouldnt stop you eating a good nutritional diet. with calory surplus.
eat big/train hard and right/rest - and grow
i started out at 5ft7 and only 125 lbs im now 5ft7 and 155-160lbs with low bf% :mrgreen
you just have to be consistant and patient you wont grow bigger over night ;)
any help you need bro gimme a shout bro. i'll help ya out with a training programme or diet ;)
