Hey everyone, some of you might remember me from the old CC back in the day. I've been reading and trying PE now for a couple years actually and just never really stuck with it. Now that I finally have I have finally seen real results.
I've been going solid now for the past 10 weeks or so. I didn't start up a journal earlier b/c I wasn't sure I would stay consistent with it, but now I am movitated and dedicated to do my PE workouts without fail.
I'm a 21 year old college senior and I'm back at school now. I have my own bathroom and bedroom with locks on both, so you can imagine the privacy. I'm going to PE away baby!
Starting stats June 1st
BPFL--4.25-4.75"
FG--4.5"
BPEL--7.25"
NPEL--~6.5"
EG--5.5"
August 20th (10 weeks or so later)
BPFL--4.5"-5.0"
FG--4.75"
BPEL--7.65"
NPEL--~6.75"
EG--5.7"
In the past my girth had never gone up. I added holds this time around, and bam, immediate increase.
My routine currently is as follows:
2-5 minute warmup
Stretch U, L, R, D, and Out, 30 seconds each
3 sets of 50 easy wet jelqs (lower intensity, focusing on stretching, lower erection)...doing helicopter shakes between each set of 50
1 set of 50 hard wet jelqs (high intensity, kegeling before each rep, about 5 seconds each rep, harder squeeze)
3 sets of holds in a way I came across myself
2-5 minute warm down
I do this routine 3-5 times per week. I PE when I feel I'm ready to PE. Sometimes I go three days in a row, sometimes I go every other day. It depends on how my boy feels. But I never go more than 3 days in a row without a day off.
I started with much less jelqs and no holds and typically add about 20 jelqs per week. The holds I keep the same.
My goals, in no time frame really, b/c I'm now in it for the long haul and I realize what kind of dedication and time it takes to heal....
BPEL--8.5-9"
NPEL--8"
EG--6.25-6.5"
If I had to timeframe it at all with no real serious thought behind it, I'd like to gain an inch in length in a year. I believe this to be reasonable.
Any thoughts, comments, suggestions, criticisms are welcome. I started this thread to interact and get ideas and to keep myself motivated. I love CC and I'll update regularly.
