Alright, casting off of the "super exercise"...the purpose of the body is to survive. Why does the body repair itself? Why does the body maintain homeostasis? Why does the body have different mechanisms to deal with different stimuluses? Why does the body fight off infection? The answer is simple...the body is made to survive. That is the only thing it is made to do. You lift weights, your body gets stronger and builds muscle to prepare for the next time. It is adapting...surviving. You're probably saying "so what does this have to do with PE"......everything. Your penis is a very important structure on your body. It allows you to reproduce. Every species in the world reproduces. Yes, there is a thing called erectile dysfunction, BUT most of the time it does NOT have anything to do with your penis...it may be that you have poor circulation, or some kind of nerve damage along the way. But the fact is...your body will do everything it can to keep this organ alive, simply because it must reproduce, it must survive. So...why not take this one step further. How many of us have gained and gained, and then all of a sudden stopped gaining? We switch to 5 days on, 3 days on...sessions lasting from 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours...what if there was a way to get past that? There may be. How many times has the whole "is 2 times a day good" deal been brought up? A LOT. It's a good idea, but it is not totally perfected...and here's why. Your body adapts to the stimulus it is given. You lift a weight, your body adapts. If you never lift that weight again...your body will lose the muscle it has put on...simply because it does not need it. So, if you keep lifting, you keep growing, so you lift frequently so your body adapts and keeps growing...but when you PE, you PE once a day, for 3 or 5 days and rest...but is that enough? What if I told you no? You would argue and tell me I'm stupid right? How many of you have gained and then just stopped gaining no matter what you do? I know I have. Why not push your body to the brink...so it has NO CHOICE but to grow? Here is what I'm talking about. A stimulus is required in order for growth...if the stimulus is too little, the growth does not occur, if the stimulus is too much, the growth does not occur as well...in fact "overtraining" sets in...BUT there is a way around this. What if I said a workout didn't have to exceed 10-15 minutes, and you didn't have to do hundreds of jelqs? What if I said that? You would think I was crazy...but yes, I'm saying that, but there's a catch. If the body is under a constant stimulus, it will begin to repair itself IMMEDIATELY in order to survive. Why wouldn't this principal be applied to one of, if not THE, most important organ in the male body? So, what's the constant stimulus I'm talking about? Well, PE'ing multiple times during the day....this will cause a constant stimulus and the body will react by repairing itself immediately so it will be prepared for next time. Now, with that said...you will need to keep each session intense, so the stimulus will be greater than usual...and they should only last 10-15 minutes, but there will need to be 6, 7, 8, 10, 12 sessions a day. This seems like a lot, I know...but think about it. If the body is threatened...to the point where its survival is questioned, it's going to do something about it. It WILL respond. Do this 5 days straight, 2 days off for rest. No masturbating on on days, minimal on off days. Safety is key. Know what you can handle.

It sort of flies in the face of accepted thought on the importance of the repair and rest period. The body could adapt or the micro-damage that each work out causes could build up without sufficient time to heal.

Lots of guys on CC have stopped PEing but reported no significant losses. You could argue, also, that a great way to get around a plateau is to stop PEing for a while because your body has adapted to that regime. When you restart, you will initiate another disequilibrium.

While the human body wants to survive, there is a limit to the rate it can repair itself in as well as what it can actually repair (ie if you chop it off, you won't sprout a new one). Also, the penis is far from the most important organ in the body for survival.

The penis may stop expanding due to the body having already adapted to the exercises used, and so exercising differently will stimulate further expansion. But overtraining is bad for the body. There is a minimum repair period for everyone. Perhaps taking supplements can reduce this repair period.

It makes sense to kegel throughout the day and dry jelq where possible (although its pretty hard at a public toilet). I think a lot of people are either too lazy or too busy to get into an extra formal routine every day.
