The best way to last longer is to become MULTI ORGASMIC.
That means you can have more then one orgasm during intercourse (or during brutaly wacking)
The main point of being multi-orgastic is that an ORGASM and an EJACULATION isnt the same thing.
The EJACULATION part of the orgasm makes you loose you sexual desires and wanting to sleep.
So the key to multi-orgasms is to NOT EJACULATE.

Exercise 1:
GET NAKED and go sit in a chair of lay down on your bed (you do have one dont you?)
Now close your eyes and begin touching yourself. Drop that MACHO-attitude and DO IT! Begin caressing yourself in a very gentle manner and use plenty of lubrication.
Begin touching your genital area but DONT use a masturbation stroke.
Dont try to turn yourself on. The key is to stay relaxed and enjoy the sensations. DONT think about if you give yourself an erection or not, dont think about your performance. Just relax and keep caressing yourself for about 20 minutes.
In order to know if you're about to orgasm or not you need to know your level of arousal, the more precise the better.
Now we're gonna use an AROUSAL SCALE. Its simply a scale from 1 to 10 where 1 is the lowest level of arousal and 10 the highest.
1 stands for no arousal at all and 10 stands for an orgasm.
2 stands for a little aroused and 3 stands for a little MORE aroused. All the levels are relative and nothing is written in stone. Its just important to realize that there are different levels of arousal.
Now here's exercise two. The purpose of this exercise is the feel the different levels of arousal as you getting more and more aroused.
Exercise 2:
Again GET NAKED and go sit in a chair or lay on your bed. Again start touching yourself and feel the sensations.
Continue the touching to YOU feel you've reached a level 4 arousal. (ie a llow steady arousal). Do NOT use a masturbation stroke, only caress yourself. When you think you've reached level 4 stop the touching and take a deep breath. Make sure all you muscles (PC-muscle included) are relaxed. Now wait until your arousel decreases (your arousal level decreases from a 4 to like a 2). This is called PEAKING; you let your arousal reach an certain level and then let it drop a couple levels.
Now start touching yourself again and let your arousal rise to what you think is a level 6. Stop the touching, take a deep breath, relax your muscles and let your arousal drop a few levels. This was your second PEAK.
Now try to peak at the levels 7,8 and 9. 9 is prior to your point of no return. As your level of arousal gets higher, take deeper breaths and make your no-touching moment last longer.
"practice" this exercise as much as needed until you begin to feel
comfortable with the different levels of arousal.
Now we are going to learn something called PEAKING.
Exercise 3:
This exercise is basicly the same as exercise 2 except when we let our arousal drop in exercise 2, we stopped the touching.
In this excercise, if we want to PEAK, we let our arousal drop with our PC-muscle. For example, if we want to peak at level 6, once we've reached level 6 we CONTINUE the touching but give 1 or 2 short, hard squeezes with our PC muscle. The squeezes will act as a BRAKE. After a those squeezes you'll notice that your arousal drops a little bit. To let your arousal drop even more (2 levels) take a deep breath and stop the stimulation. So first you let your arousal drop by sqeezing the PC-muscle but continueing the caressing, then take a deep breath and stop the stimulation to let your arousal drop even more.
Now try to peak at the levels 7,8 and 9. The higher the level the harder you'll have to squeeze the PC-muscle and the deeper your breaths need to be.
In the previous exercise we practised a technique called PEAKING.
Those peaks lasted only a couple seconds before we let our arousal level go down. In the following exercise we're gonna turn those peaks into PLATEAUS. There are four different ways of doing that.
# Changing your breathing
# Squeezing your PC-muscle
# Changing your motion
# Changing your focus
Exercise 4: Plateauing
GET NAKED and sit down in a chair or lie on your back. Use a couple litres of lube and start caressing your genitals. Start working towards a level 5 peak. As you reach level 5 start thinking about making your first plateau. Play close attention to your arousal level.
Before you reach level 6 slow down your breathing. Dont change anything else. Keep caressing yourself. Now that you've slowed down your breathing your arousal level should start to fall. Once it drops below level 5, change your breathing again. Start breathing faster. If you're breathing fast enough, your arousal level will rise back to level 5 or higher.
So by manipulating your breathing you should be able to hover at level 5.
See if you can stay there at least a couple seconds.
Take a rest, letting your arousal drop one or two levels.
Now try plateauing at level 6 using the second method: squeezing the pc-muscle. Squeeze your PC-muscle to bring down your arousal level while you continue to caress yourself. Each time you pass level 6 squeeze your PC-muscle to bring down your arousal level. Try to plateau at level 6 at least for 15 seconds. Now you've created an plateau.
Now on to method 3: changing your motion. This time you're gonna stretch your peak into a plateau my changing the speed at which you stroke your penis. Start working towards a level 7 peak.
Once you have passed level 7 slow the motion at which you stroke your penis. This will make your arousal level drop. Let yourself dip below a level 7. Now speed up your motion to make it rise again.
Whenever you want to raise your level speed up your motion and when you want to drop it, slow down your motion.
Try plateauing at level 7 at least 15 seconds.
Now onto method number 4: changing your focus.
Changing your focus means changing the area of the genitals that you are stimulating. For example: If you were stimulating the head of the penis first, to change focus stop stimulation the head and stimulate your balls instead.
Work your way up to a level 8 peak. When you approach 8.5 you start to change your focus. This will make your arousal drop. To make it rise again, start stimulating the area that you were touching before OR intensify the pressure of your touch. This will make your level rise.
Try to plateau at least for 15 seconds.
With some practise you can plateau at higher levels. (9, 9.5)
These were exercises to get to "know" your own body.
Now, if your PC-muscle is strong enough, you can try to have your first multiple orgasm. An ejaculation doesnt happens immediately after your orgasm. There's a little time in between. And between those two (after your orgasm and before your ejaculation) you have to SQUEEZE your PC-muscle like hell. Experiment a little and if you fail just try again.
