I've decided its time to get serious, so I am making a diary. I've been doing PW pretty seriously for almost two weeks now and It seems like I actually made some progress, a gain of around 1/8 - 1/4 of an inch.

This is my routine, please critique it seeing as I am fairly new =)

5 Min warm up
5 Min of streching, 30 second holds in each direction
10 Min of wet jelqs
Hot bath will be used as my warm down
Kegels every time I pee, shoot for 10 - 15 each time I take a leak

I will be doing this 5 times a week, and increasing intensity every two weeks.

-Friday August 19th 2005
Length: 6.0
Girth: 5.1

By Feb I hope to be around 7, and if its possible maybe in a year get to 8. These numbers may not be realistic but they're what I'm hopeing for.

Your starting stats are pretty similar to mine, although you'll probably be past me in a pretty short time. Damn, I can't wait to get back to PE'ing. :)

I'd Kegel separetely from peeing to be honest, just shoot for 100 a day to start with and increase it after a week or so.

Welcome to CC, it's a very good start, make sure to rest for @ least 10 seconds if you are gonna hold your strech for 30 seconds, btw after a month you should be jelqing for at least 20 minutes. :wink:

Not necarssarily (sp?), if hes gaining with 5 mins of jelqing then just jelq for 5 mins, when your gains slow, it is then you should up the intensity.
