Dont know if anyone remembers me but I posted here relatively often about 3 months ago or so?
Anyways Ive been PEing routinely except for the past month which has been a conscious decision due to the fact that I had finally stopped gaining. I have no complaints however since I have gained about 1 3/4 inches in length and 1/4 in girth in almost a years time. Ive decided to start my journal over. Since its been a month I will be essentially doing a noobie routine until my dong gets strong enough for my intense routine.

Here were my original stats
EL:5 in
EG: 4.75

Now
EL:6.75
EG:5(or so)


Routine now
20 min warmup with dry heating wrap
30 sec stretch each direction with 10 sec heli shakes in between
75 Wet Jelq
10 min with dry heating wrap
10 sec heli shake
75 Wet Jelq
10 Dry Jelq
20 minute warmdown

Ive decided to add a secondary warmup in the middle of the routine to keep my dong hot since I think heat plays a critical role. The only thing im skeptical with is warming up with something dry. Will it make a difference if im not warming up with hot water? Thanks and hope alot of the guys that helped me out earlier are still here.

I think 5-10 minutes warm up and warm down is enough. The world's No.1 PE site only recommended 5-10 minutes warm up and warm down and thats the No.1 PE site.

Just out of curiousity, what was your routine you gained the length from. Im trying to see alot of succesfull routines and see what they have in common.

My friend has gain about 2 inch in lenth over 5 months in lenth doing mainly holds but he uses a big rope and ties it on his dick while he chats on the phone, go on the com or watches TV, luckily he lives alone and have curtains, lol :lol:

I dunno, he told me not to do it though due to injuries that people he knows did the excact same thing, it's overtraining coz he left it on too long sometimes.

I tried a stretching device once long ago and fell asleep. My dick burned and went numb like. It was horrible. I woke up in pain.

Just out of curiousity, what was your routine you gained the length from. Im trying to see alot of succesfull routines and see what they have in common.

When my routine peaked I was doing about 320 Wet Jelqs. All my jelqs were palm up and I jelqed up towards the ceiling. When I reached the end of each jelq I would stretch my dong while slightly thrusting my hips backward and do a strong kegel. Essentially the thrust of the hips and the kegel were creating a slight resistance. I felt like it was effective until I peaked and my dick just got too tough for it. It worked for a good while (6 months maybe). I didnt start doing these jelqs until about 4 months after I started PE and wouldnt recommend it to beginners. My personal opinion is that the palms down jelq is good for beginners cuz I personally believe it is not as intense as the palms up. Ill just stop my jabbering and write down my peak routine.

#1)5-10 minute warmup
40 sec heli shake
30 sec stretch-down
35 sec heli shake
30 sec stretch-straight
30 sec heli shake
30 sec stretch-up
25 sec heli shake
30 sec stretch-right
20 sec heli shake
30 sec stretch-left
15 sec heli shake

#2)1 Gspot hold(description at end)
20 Jelq Stretch Combo at about 30-40% erection
15 sec heli shake
10 sec stretch each direction

#3)100 Wet Jelq
10 Hold and Jelq (essentially I would do a 15 sec hold and slowly jelq-I also used very little lube. Its pretty much an extended dry jelq)
15 sec heli shake
10 sec stretch each direction
Repeat #3 two more times

15 minute+ warmdown

Gspot hold-I ofcourse got this hold from your diary on the old boards Gspot and felt like it was a real good advanced exercise. Ill explain it again for those who may not know what it is.
1)30 sec base hold
2)briefly release the hold and kegel more blood in
3)apply a base hold and a midshaft hold simultaneously. Hold for 30 seconds
repeat #2
4)apply a base hold and a hold just below the head simultaneously. Hold for 30 seconds
repeat #2
5)apply a midshaft hold and a hold just below the head simultaneously. Hold for 30 seconds

Again if you are a beginner don't try this routine for awhile and dont be in a rush to do more than the beginner routine. I feel that the beginner routine is great at introducing your sensitive wang to PE.

I like the routine. So you liked the hold huh? I still do it as it feels great. The jelq idea is a good one. I like it.

ya I think its the best advanced hold and contributed greatly to my length and girth. I hope to get back to this routine later or modify it a bit to make it more girth oriented since my girth is crap.

NO. I have lightened it up considerably as i had a huge ass break from PE. I will get back close to it in a couple months probably. :cool

Havent measured. Dont want to. It looks like i did, but im not letting myself get discouraged in anyway and i wasnt ready to see a loss in my measurements. I could take it now, but not then.

I hear if any gains go away at all is that it is minimal and they are easier to get back than normal. Dont know though. Im just a monkey.

Cutting out the heli shakes cuz they giving me redspots. Also cut the jelqs down to 100 cuz my dick is weak.

Im getting annoyed. Stretches give me red spots (like instantly) on the head and after like 20 wet jelqs I get red spots on the midshaft area. Hopefully my dick will toughen up.

you may pull more skin than actaul ligs etc.. so it would be best to stretch at just before the head. i dont use an ok grip as it hurts the head on mine i grip the whole head with my hand and stretch like that.

but i have lightened up my stretching now and focusing more on the length of time instead of 10sec stretches each dir pulling hard

i know do lighter stretching and stretch each direction for about 30-60secs

ok I lessened my grip quiet a bit and got practically no red spots on the shaft but Im still getting quiet a few on the head. I dont seem to get a sufficient stretch with anything except the ok grip. When I use my entire hand, it inevitably slides down my shaft and over my head due to the loose skin on my dick. Should I be using something to accompany my hand with the stretch such as toilet paper or some kinda relatively smooth cloth? Thanks

what i sometimes do it a two handed stretch using only the thumbs and forefingers.

Join the forefingers together, and the thumbas together so that you'll have formed a circle shape using both hands.

Now bring the two joined forefingers dowards the two joined thumbs until they are all joined and you have created a figure 8.

The penis head goes between the joined forefingers and the joined thumbs, the thumbs being on top (palms up)

I hope that explains it.

thanks for the stretch wern. I used it and it was effective although I still get slight red spots but not nearly as bad.

I incorporated one hold a session this week and my dick responds fine with it so thats good.

Your starting stats are very close to mine, but goddamn. Your routines are outrageous, over an hour! How often do you do this?

I wish I could afford to dedicate an hour a day, even M-W-F. The only days I have this much time are Saturday and Sunday, and doing those 2 days wouldn't even give me rest in between.

you dont have to do that much warmup or warmdown but I do simply cuz i dont want to rupture my dick. I guess im paranoid.

Ok its been a little over a month and I gained just under.25 so Im just under 7 inch BP length but Im just gonna round up and say im 7 :D . My girth looks about the same. My routine is still basic wet jelqs with mild stretching and one 30 sec hold.
