Don't do that darkwarrior, very expensive and too risky. You don't want to see some of the articles and medical reports on failed penis surgery I saw.

He has the knowledge of CC... There's no way he's actually thinking about undergoing surgery...

Besides, not many surgeons are willing to do this operation... That should tell you something...

i know PE exercises are the way too go.. But i'm trying to look towards the future. If theres a will theres a way...But i mean hanging weights, pills, exercises, surgery, they all really to the public mass have no real proof. Shit my penis is proof that PE works, but sometimes i forget that. Which causes me to be lazy and slack on PE and leave me to a 2 year break. So sometimes i just like to look for other options even if they seem farfetched.

surgery for length is bad because they cut ligaments.

surgery for girth used to be done by injecting fat, but the fat was unevenly rebsorbed into the body leaving a deformed penis.

Then they had a phase when they were using artificial grafts but the grafts looked very odd and would probably feel wierd too.

Now tey use skin grafts from donors. They are supposed to be working wonders. What they do is pull back the shaft tunica, then put graft strips on the shaft, then put the tunica back. The strips are conneted to the penis as skin would be. This is what you get these days from a good surgeon.
While I don't condone surgery, I hope this info is useful to you.
