Hello. Today is my second day on cheeky cherry and my first night of PE! I just got done w00t! I did the thought pro routine. MMM it was good.
Warm up-went well did a wrap while I brushed my teeth and shaved away the peech fuzz :D .
Stretching-30 sec in each direction with the helishake...got some blood into the penis and it felt like it was opening up inside
Jelq-Hmm I experimented with different pressures. I did 150 wet jelqs. I use ok palm up grip while alternating. I really couldn't do it too tight I felt but it depended on how much lube I had on atm. I really couldn't tell how well I was getting the blood up towards the head though. It looked like it was getting bigger but I kepts getting erection badly and kept having to wait for it to subside to what I saw as about 70%.
Bad things
I umm kinda broke the five hour rule...DOH :neut: . I was getting my measurement at the end and it kinda got out of hand
my length is like 4 15/16 erect length non pressed.
Another thing I noticed is that with my right hand when jelqing sometimes I would feel a little thing and i moved over it. Kinda weird like a vein that I just get flipping over...kinda hard to describe.
Conclusion
I felt it went pretty well my penis is all worn out and feels all warm. I think it definetly got a good workout. Just brushed my teeth and washed my face and it's time to go to bed in like 15 mins and I feel satisfied.

Great Job Hoop!
I would recommend that you meaure bone pressed.
One, you will be able to keep a more accurate progress report involving whether you gain or not. You will be able to do so because of the fact that you may lose weight/ Gain Weight, causing your ruler to play tricks on you. If you do it B.P. than you will not have that problem.
Two, it will boost your ego. Sure, it may not be a part of the area that is in the vagina during sex, however, it will give you a better Idea as to where you are at in surveys, and what not; thus increasing your self confidence.

completely agree...If you are wondering how you stand next to the general pop. you should measure BP because all the surveys done on average size use this method.

Those are pretty good signs Hopper. At least that's how I feel after a good workout. Keep it up, stay consistant, you'll gain for sure.

Heh, I remember my first few sessions, I had exactly the same problem. It gets easier after a while, but eventually you might find yourself with the opposite problem and have to employ visual aids... :P

I wouldn't worry too much as the 5 hour rule isn't proven conclusively to be the law, but it would be worth trying to follow it. I try and abstain completely on PE days myself, but it's really up to the individual.
Really the first few weeks will be a learning curve for you. I've been at it for over 2 months and I'm still altering and adapting my technique and adding new little tricks here and there. It's good to hear you're trying out different types and strengths of grip, use these first few weeks to try and find what works best for you and find your limits.
Good luck with your routine, hopefully gains will come you way if you stick at it. :)

You may wana measure and record girth aswel as once your length gains are satisfactory you will know if girth needs more work :D

Today I did the Godma off day routine which just included a little stretching, ton of heli shakes, and 50 wet jelqs. I also measured the girth and the bone pressed lengths today. The results are as follows.
BPEL 6 1/8 inches
Girth 4 7/8 inches
Honored the 5 hour rule too.

Tonight I will work out and get a nice warm shower. I already did that off day workout today I was just wondering would it be okay to do some more helishakes and a tad bit of stretching? I really want to get some gains going.
Maybe I'll snap a shot of my penis tonight too and post it up on here.

Patience mate. You really want to keep them off days for a total break if you're just starting as exercising everyday may be too much for your dick to adjust to straight away in my opinion. There is such thing as 'over-training'. Like Bobo says, less is more.

Do exactly as Shane says mate. You do not want to overwork your penis, otherwise, all of that hard work that you have already put in would be pointless.

Worked out tonight in the shower and felt like updating the journal just to bump it up in the diaries forum so I don't have to go lookin for her =). I felt like my penis was pretty hot tonight when I was doing my routine. I did the thought pro but only did 100 wet jelqs because I had been in the shower for like 20 mins and didn't feel like getting interrupted by someone knocking on the door and wondering if i had drownd. :evil: Anywho yeah penis felt very hot I kept adding lot more lube in case I was having too much friction but it felt like it was being effective so I just maintained my current grip strength and kept going. Feels like the muscles and ligaments are nice and tired from a good workout...LET THE GROWING BEGIN! :cheeky:

So yesterday I PEd again in the shower. Only got in 100 wet jelqs again. Was getting paranoid I was in there too long. I need to start doing it when no one is home but night time is more convienent blah. I am still worried that I am not jelqing the best I can because I don't feel that much blood moving. After a jelq I can see my head get a little bit bigger and then when I release it turns to normal. It's just that my penis feels so tight like I can't move very much blood. So I try doing more jelqs at less of an ereaction but it feels like that not enough so I probably do about half and half because I figure I need to get some done right. What do you guys think?

Didn't measure girth. It is so weird how well you know your penis when you can see a 1/8 inch gain. Oh well tomorrow is a new week on the though pro routine I will stay. Not gonna mess with it till I stop gaining. No need to add to it, because its not broke so I am sure as hell not going to try to fix it!

Odd as it has been I feel like I have fallen off the PE wagon but I just measured 3 times in a row. 6 and 1/2 w00t! I guess maybe I gained a little before the break or falling off the wagon, or maybe I still have a bit of growth since I am only 18. I want 7 inches by the end of the year.

Whats up guys its been a long time. I started college and am living it up in the dorm so I kinda fell out of the cheeky cherry life style. But now I am settled in and have it planned out to when i can do a routine so I am ready to start moving w00t! im back I will be taking measurements soon before i start back to see if i gained/lost in my down time.
